WWE RAW REPORT: WORLD TITLE MATCH, MORE MATCHES FOR SUMMERSLAM, MIZTV WITH DANIEL BRYAN, AND MORE

By Richard Trionfo on 2015-08-10 23:05:39
We are in Everett, Washington and your announcers are Michael Cole, John Layfield, and Byron Saxton.

Seth Rollins comes to the ring and he has something to say.

Seth welcomes everyone to Monday Night Rollins. Seth says he is the man who broke the face that runs the place. Mr. You Can’t See Knee . . . The WWE World Champion . . . the Champion of Champions, Seth Rollins. Seth says we have gone over the ‘you sold out’ chants. Seth mentions that he gave John Cena the opportunity of a lifetime last week, title versus title winner take all match at SummerSlam.

It has been a week and what has John Cena said? What has been his reply? Nothing. We haven’t heard anything from John Cena. John is at home licking his wounds, but doesn’t he have time to respond to my request? Is he at home listening to the new Dr. Dre CD? Is he thinking of renewing his rap career? He isn’t straight outta Compton, he is straight outta career because of what I did to his face with my knee.

It is interesting that John hasn’t answered his challenge, but if doesn’t want to come to SummerSlam and face him like a man and then lose to him like a man, he can come to Brooklyn and forfeit his title like a man.

Either way, yours truly will walk out of SummerSlam to be the first to hold the WWE Championship and US Championship at the same time. John doesn’t have the guts to answer his challenge tonight, but he has heard rumors that John will be at Tough Enough tomorrow night. That is ironic because it proved that John Cena is not tough enough to hang with him. Seth says that he wishes he had the guts and courage to show up and be half the man he says he is.

Someone interrupts Seth and he wants to make sure that what he is hearing is true. Seth says that John Cena is here . . . via satellite. Does that mean he will show his face?

Seth asks for John and John’s photo appears on the TitanTron and it is time for some Conan O’Brian chicanery. Seth says he understands why John isn’t here tonight because he looks terrible. ‘John’ says he is feeling terrible. ‘John’ says that he is going to Tough Enough to look for a spot on the show. He has been demoralized by Seth and he tells the Cenation never to give up, unless Seth Rollins breaks your face.

’John’ says it looks like he got a nose job from Picasso.

Seth says that the WWE needs a fighting champion and it is him. He proved himself last week defeating Neville in the first WWE Championship Open Challenge. Neville gave everything he had, but he doesn’t have what it takes to be a champion. He doesn’t have what it takes to be the man. To be the man, you have to defeat . . .

Cesaro’s music interrupts Seth and he makes his way to the stage. He apologizes for interrupting Seth’s hilarious monologue of him going on and on and on and on and on and on and some more on and on, but since you mentioned your WWE Championship Open Challenge . . . let him be the first in line to challenge Seth tonight.

Seth said nothing about an open challenge tonight. That was last week. A one time thing. What has Cesaro done to earn a shot at his WWE Championship.

Kevin Owens’ music plays and he makes his way to the stage.

Kevin says the answer you are looking for is nothing. Cesaro has done nothing to deserve a title match. He may think he deserves on because some idiot appears to have printed out Cesaro Section signs and handed them to the sheep in the crowd no matter what is written on it. That is not enough to earn a title match. Owens says that he has beaten John Cena, which correct him if he is wrong, is something that neither of you can say.

Owens reminds Seth that he tapped out to Cena two weeks ago on Raw. If anyone deserves a title match tonight, he has it under good authority that it is him.

Seth asks Kevin if he is deaf and dumb because he said nothing about defending the title tonight.

Randy Orton’s music plays and he asks Kevin if he has put on weight lately. He praises Cesaro’s glasses. Randy says that if anyone deserves a title shot tonight, it is him.

Seth says that it is not going to happen. Seth says Tom Brady has a better chance of getting a free meal in Seattle than any of you jerkoffs getting a title match. The only thing that matters is what he thinks. He tells everyone that they should get out of his ring.

Triple H’s music plays and he comes out and he says that was an interesting thing for Seth to say when he said that he does not care about what the Authority says.

Seth says that he did not mean it that way.

Hunter says that we are two weeks away from SummerSlam and doctors are telling him that John Cena is 50/50 at best to make it to SummerSlam and that means turmoil for the WWE Championship. That turmoil can create for some great competition. In that ring tonight, there will be a triple threat match. Cesaro, Kevin Owens, and Randy Orton will be in that match. The winner will be in the main event tonight against Seth Rollins for the WWE Championship.

The announcers make their picks and each of them pick a different person.

Renee says that the New Day will face the Prime Time Players at SummerSlam . . . as well as Los Matadores.

Kofi is okay with that if it is going to be Triple Threat match.

Renee says the Lucha Dragons are in the match too.

Xavier suggests that they add Harlem Heat, Doom, or anyone else. He then says it just means more hands to come together.

Seth Rollins points out that Hunter is making him defend the title tonight. He has proven himself. He has beaten Dean Ambrose, Roman Reigns, and Randy Orton.

Hunter says the legacy does not come overnight. Seth will have to defend the title against a man who won a tough Triple Threat Match. He says that Seth opened the door with the challenge. Last week, Neville took him to the brink. Seth has to prove it every night.

Seth says if John Cena can do it every week, he can do it better.

It is time to talk about the Roman Reigns and Bray Wyatt feud over the briefcase from Money in the Bank. We see the challenge made by Roman on Smackdown for SummerSlam. We also see the answer to the challenge.
