So, all the lawsuits brought by Billy Jack Haynes, Ryan Sakoda, Evan Singleton, Vito LoGrasso, Matt Wiese (Luther Reigns) and Russ McCullough have been consolidated into one case before one Judge. The lawsuit WWE brought against Blackjack Mulligan, Dynamite Kid, Ivan Koloff and Koko B. Ware has also been consolidated into the same court case.
The lawsuit brought by McCullough, Sakoda and Wiese has been named the primary suit in the matter by the presiding Judge.
WWE is still working to get the lawsuits filed by the estates of Matt Osbourne (Matt Borne, filed in Texas) and Nelson Frazier Jr. (Big Daddy V, filed in Tennessee) sent over to Connecticut as well after their attorney Konstantine W. Kyros declined to refile the cases in Connecticut.
WWE contracts stipulate that all legal issues arising from the contracts be heard in a Connecticut court, as that is where the company headquarters is located. Thus far, all of the other suits filed against the company in other jurisdictions have resulted in the cases being sent over to CT.
