UFC STAR RONDA ROUSEY TRIBUTES RODDY PIPER

After a spectacular 34 second knockout win last night, Ronda Rousey paid tribute to late WWE Hall of Famer Roddy Piper inside the Octagon, telling UFC announcer Joe Rogan, "We lost a really close friend, 'Rowdy' Roddy Piper, who gave us permission to use his name as a fighter. So, I hope he and my dad had a good time watching this today."

During a post-fight interview on FOX Sport 1, Rousey also spoke of Piper, noting, "I talked to him before this fight and I told him I’m going to do the name proud. I hope him and my dad had a good time watching it together."
