RING OF HONOR ON DESTINATION AMERICA REPORT: FISH VS. ACH, THE KINGDOM, SIX MAN MAYHEM FEATURING DALTON CASTLE, HAS BJ WHITMER GONE TOO FAR?

We are in New York City and your announcers are Steve Corino and Kevin Kelly.

As Michael Bennett and Matt Taven come to the ring for their tag match, we see what happened a few weeks ago when Adam Cole shook Kyle O’Reilly’s hand.

Match Number One: Matt Taven and Michael Bennett (with Maria Kanellis) versus Corey Hollis and Jonathan Gresham in a Non Title Match

Taven and Bennett with super kicks as the bell rings and then Taven sends Gresham to the floor while Bennett sends Hollis to the apron and then Bennett spears Hollis off the apron. Taven sends Gresham into the guardrails and then he chokes Gresham with the cable. Bennett Irish whips Gresham into the guardrails while Taven sends Hollis into the guardrails.

Bennett slams Gresham on the floor and then he argues with a fan in the front row. Bennett punches Gresham and sends him back into the ring. Taven gets a near fall. Gresham with a chop but Taven with a punch. Gresham fights out of the corner with forearms and elbows. Taven is sent to the apron but Bennett holds Gresham. Gresham falls down and Taven with an enzuigiri to Bennett. Bennett stops Gresham from hitting a German suplex and then Gresham kicks Taven away. Gresham with a standing switch and Bennett backs him into the corner. Taven charges into the corner and Gresham floats over Taven and then goes through Bennett’s legs.

Hollis tags in and he gives a shoulder to Bennett and hits a springboard drop kick on both men. Hollis with forearms to Bennett and Taven in the corner. Taven with a super kick and Bennett with a spear but Gresham breaks up the cover. Bennett punches Gresham but Gresham pops up and hits an enzuigiri. Bennett with a kick but Gresham sends Bennett into the ropes and hits a German suplex. Taven with a springboard round kick to stop Gresham.

Hollis gets to his feet and Bennett and Taven with a double super kick. They set for the spike piledrvier and get the three count.

Winners: Matt Taven and Michael Bennett

We go to commercial.

We are back and Prince Nana has joined Steve and Kevin on commentary for this match.

Match Number Two: Caprice Coleman versus Silas Young versus Moose (with Stokely Hathaway) versus Dalton Castle (with The Boys) versus Cheeseburger versus Bob Evans in Six Man Mayhem

Castle and Moose start things off and Castle has something to say to Moose and he stands as only Dalton can. Evans tags in before they lock up and Cheeseburger wants to tag in and Evans asks Castle to make the tag. Cheeseburger tags in and then Evans tags in Young. Young wants a Greco Roman knuckle lock and Cheeseburger agrees. Young has the advantage and Cheeseburger tries to get back to a vertical base and he has a wrist lock on Young but Young with a reversal.

Cheeseburger rolls through to escape and Cheeseburger with a shot to the midsection and head. Young puts Cheeseburger in the ropes and applies a back rake and he sends Cheeseburger to the floor. Young argues with Castle and Coleman comes in and gets a near fall with a rollup. Coleman with another rollup on Young. Coleman with a victory roll for a near fall. Young with a back rake to Coleman followed by a side head lock.

Young with a shoulder tackle but Coleman with a drop kick and he gets a near fall.

We go to commercial.

We are back and Moose with a splash in the corner on Young while The Boys fan Castle on the floor. Moose puts Young on the turnbuckles and Young with thumbs to the eyes. Coleman with a leaping rana and then Evans sends Coleman to the floor. Evans sends Cheeseburger to the floor with a punch and then he sends Moose over the top rope, but he is not disqualified despite Corino’s inquiry about the rules. Castle drop kicks Evans to the floor.

Castle sets for a dive to the floor and he decides to come off the ropes and do the strut. Young with a double sledge to the back on Castle followed by an elbow drop and then he runs his boot across Castle’s face. Young chokes Castle and has him in a front face lock. Evans tags in and he punches and kicks Castle. Castle with elbows but he cannot stop Evans from hitting a side slam for a near fall.

Young tags in and he punches Castle and hits a suplex. Young gets a near fall. Young with a reverse chin lock and The Boys try to motivate Castle. Castle with punches and Young gets Castle on his shoulders but Castle tries for a sunset flip and Young stays on his feet. The Boys get on the apron to fan Young to go over but Young knocks The Boys off the apron. Castle with a back drop to Castle and Evans tags in and Castle with a back drop.

Moose is tagged in and he connects with head butts on Evans and Young. Moose with clotheslines into the corner and then he Irish whips Evans into Young and hits a splash into the corner. Cheeseburger comes in and Moose presses him over his head and he throws Cheeseburger onto Evans on the floor. Coleman comes in and tries for an O’Connor Roll but Moose does not move. Coleman with a springboard Asai Moonsault onto Cheeseburger and Evans.

Moose sets for a dive onto the floor but Young with a forearm to stop him. Young with a punch but Moose with an Irish whip and Young with a kick and he goes to the turnbuckles. Moose with a drop kick to send Young to the floor. Moose with a flip dive onto everyone who is not Dalton Castle in this match. Moose sends Cheeseburger back into the ring and he waits for Cheeseburger to get up but Castle with a knee to Moose and he sets for a deadlift German suplex. Young stops Castle and hits a uranage back breaker followed by a clothesline. Coleman with a leg lariat off the turnbuckles but Evans with a shoulder tackle to Coleman. Cheeseburger with a palm strike to Evans but Moose elevates Cheeseburger and then hits a clothesline.

Castle with a cross body but Moose catches him. Castle gets to his feet and he hits the deadlift German suplex. Castle avoids a clothesline and he punches Evans. Castle goes with a running knee into the corner but Evans misses and Castle goes over the top rope to the floor. Moose misses a charge into the corner and Evans with a rollup and he uses the ropes for extra leverage but Cheeseburger breaks up the cover.

Evans sends Cheeseburger to the floor. Moose with a spear to Evans for the three count.

Winner: Moose

We go to commercial.

We are back and The Decade is in the ring. BJ Whitmer says that all of you watching at home and all of the people in Ring of Honor have seen the maturation of a youngster. You have seen a youngster become a man before your eyes. He has shown more heart and toughness than anyone in the locker room or anyone sitting at ringside.

That young man’s name is Colby Corino. BJ tells Colby to come up. BJ says it was not long ago that you came into this ring and almost beat that goofy bastard Moose. Then you almost beat War Machine by yourself. BJ says that he is proud of Colby. BJ says he has something else to tell Colby. As the next young boy of the Decade, he looked at him as a little brother. Now he looks at him like he is his own son.

BJ says that he hopes that you view him like the father you have never ever had. BJ tells Colby to show him how proud he is, he has a gift for Colby. That is what fathers do. They get their sons gifts.

BJ shows Colby that gift. He is in a gauntlet match tonight. It is not any gauntlet match. BJ says he found four hungry and talented wrestlers who want a spot in Ring of Honor that he saw at the last tryout camp.

BJ gives Bobby Cruise the four opponents for Colby Corino. Bobby introduces Shaheen Ali, Wild Man Kongo, The Beast Ortiz, and The Punishment Martinez.

These four men stand at ringside and Steve gets up and talks to these men. BJ asks why is Steve now standing up and doing something. Steve then gets on the apron and then goes into the ring. BJ asks if Steve stepping up now makes up for abandoning Colby. How long before you abandon your wife and kid.

Nigel McGuinness comes into the ring to stop Corino and then he has something to say to BJ.

We go to commercial.

We are back with Mandy Leon and this week’s Inside ROH segment. She mentions the return of the New Japan wrestlers to Ring of Honor in August. She mentions the excitement for the return of New Japan wrestlers to Ring of Honor. We take a look at a video package featuring Okada, Nakamura, and KUSHIDA.

We go to commercial.

We are back and Nigel McGuinness has replaced Steve Corino on commentary after what we saw in the ring with The Decade.

Match Number Three: ACH versus Bobby Fish

They lock up and Fish backs ACH into the corner and Fish tries for a round kick but ACH avoids it and gets out of the way. ACH with a waist lock but Fish with a drop toe hold into a waist lock. ACH with a wrist lock and he tries to work on the arm. Fish with a single leg take down and Fish gets on top of ACH and slaps him in the back of the head.

ACH with a drop toe hold into a side head lock. ACH with a shoulder tackle and then he does a cartwheel and back flip followed by a drop kick. ACH with a chop and forearm. ACH goes to the turnbuckles for a tornado move into a suplex for a near fall. Fish with an elbow but ACH with a forearm and kick to the leg. ACH with a chop.

Fish with an Irish whip and ACH floats over but Fish with an uppercut to stop ACH. ACH sends Fish to the floor and ACH misses a slingshot plancha when Fish moves and we go to commercial.

We are back and Fish with a waist lock on ACH. ACH with elbows and forearms. ACH with chops. ACH with a kick to the leg and ribs. Fish blocks a kick and he grabs ACH’s leg. ACH misses an enzuigiri but he does not miss the mule kick and Fish goes down. ACH with a splash and clothesline for a near fall.

ACH goes to the apron and then he hits the springboard flatline for a near fall. Fish with a Samoan Drop and then Fish hits a knee in the corner. Fish with knees and an exploder into the turnbuckles for a near fall. Fish shows his love to the people of New York before punching ACH. ACH slaps Fish. Fish and ACH with forearms. Fish with a knee and ACH with a chop. Fish with another knee and then he misses a cross body when ACH does a matrix and Fish goes to the floor.

ACH goes for a kick but he leaps over Fish’s attempt to counter. ACH with a kick to Fish and then he hits the Fosbury Flop plancha onto Fish. ACH sends Fish back into the ring and ACH goes up top but Fish moves when ACH tries for a double stomp and ACH favors his leg. Fish with a kick to the leg and a dragon screw leg whip. ACH floats over and gets a rollup followed by a round kick for a near fall. ACH pulls Fish into the corner and ACH goes up top. ACH with a 450 onto Fish’s knees and Fish with an inside cradle for a near fall. Fish signals it is over and he goes for the knee but misses. Fish with a forearm and kick to the leg. Fish grabs the leg and Fish avoids a few enzuigiris and Fish applies the knee bar and he grapevines the leg.

ACH leans back and gets a near fall on Fish. Fish releases the hold. ACH with a hip toss that sends Fish into the turnbuckles. ACH goes up top again but Fish with a kick to the leg and that crotches ACH. Fish goes up top and hits a super Falcon Arrow for the three count.

Winner: Bobby Fish
