SOME UNSOLICITED ADVICE FOR HULK HOGAN AND WHAT HE HAS TO STOP DOING RIGHT NOW, RODDY PIPER WEIGHS IN ON HOGAN AND MORE

By Dave Scherer on 2015-07-26 11:23:57

Hulk Hogan has taken to tweeting more messages of support from people today and thanking those that have stood by him and know he’s not really a racist. I will take a second to give Hulk some unsolicited advice. NOW IS NOT THE TIME TO BE DOING THAT HULK! The wound is way too fresh for him to be going on the offensive. It’s fine for people to tweet supportive things about him, but he should really lay low and let others do the talking for him. The fact of the matter is that with time, and actions on his part, this can pass. If Hogan were to lay low now, undergo sensitivity training and when he is done, come out as a vocal anti-racism advocate, he can get forgiveness from the masses. Right now however, his actions are rubbing many the wrong way. Why? Well, he made the statements in 2008. He has known that the statements were recorded on tape for years. He knew that they were entered into court records (and then sealed), meaning there was a good chance that they would become public. So if he really were contrite about what he had said and had changed his views on race issues, he would have been proactive. He would have owned the entire situation before it came out to the public. Had he been out in front of it, it would have probably already been in his rear view mirror. However, he did not react until he had to, which makes a lot of people skeptical of what he has been saying the last two days. His best move now is to stop tweeting and talking, and instead enter into a sensitivity program and allow his actions to show he is working to get past the issue.

Speaking of Hogan, New Jack (Jerome Young) posted a picture on Facebook of himself with Brooke Hogan and captioned it, “Hulk Hogan...I'm that N****”.

Steven Fernandes sent this item. … Roddy Piper was on The Rich Eisen show and was asked about Hulk Hogan, and he.. well, you'll just have to watch it, which you can do by clicking here.

Kris Gibson sent word that episodes from this year’s Tough Enough have been pulled off of YouTube as well as On Demand.
