Wifebeater had won the title earlier in the show from Mad Man Pondo.

2001 - The WWF held its "Invasion" pay-per-view at Gund Arena in Cleveland, Ohio. The show got a 1.43 buyrate, the company's highest since WrestleMania X-Seven, and highest non-WrestleMania buyrate since SummerSlam got a 1.71 in 1999. "Invasion" was the first pay-per-view to feature the infamous Invasion storyline, featuring wrestlers from the WWF taking on a combined force of wrestlers from WCW and ECW, later known as The Alliance. - The final "score" of the event was WCW/ECW winning with six victories to the WWF's five.

2001 - Hiroyo Muto and Sumie Sakai defeat The Bloody and Fang Suzuki for the JDStar TWF World Women's Tag Team Title in Tokyo, Japan.

2002 - WWE held a live "RAW" at Van Andel Arena in Grand Rapids, Michigan, which got a 4.3 rating on TNN.   Tim Whitehead filed the following TV report:

The 7/22 edition of RAW IS BISCHOFF aired live from Grand Rapids. It was an excellent show to follow up on the strong Vengeance PPV, and was the first show in a long while to give the impression that the company has a positive idea where they are going. They do need to be cautious not to overexpose Eric Bischoff. It's okay for him to be all over the show right now, when his role is being established, but in the future his spots should be more selective so the wrestlers can get over on their own.

There was a picture of Bischoff inserted into the opening promo video, almost as a subliminal. They had a new announcing set-up where Jim Ross & Jerry Lawler were sitting up near the ramp top, rather than at ringside. That'll make it harder to do spots using the broadcast desk if it's permanent. They put it over that this was one of Bischoff's changes in how the show is produced.

Bischoff came down to the ring to start the show. Boy, the fans really love him, don't they? Bischoff acted magnanimous and pretended to be popular. That took a lot of pretending. He boasted that new Undisputed champ Rock would appear on the show later. But first, he wanted to bring out the man he stole from Stephanie McMahon, the personification of Ruthless Aggression, Triple H. HHH came out to a good reaction. Bischoff started to boast some more, but HHH grabbed the mic from him and called out his best friend, the show stopper and icon, Shawn Michaels. The Heartbreak Kid came out and hugged HHH. Bischoff took credit for bringing them together and said that he was appointing HBK as HHH's manager. He said if you see HHH in action, you'll see HBK there at ringside. If you see HHH starring in a feature film, you'll see HBK there in a supporting role. HBK took offense at Bischoff's tone. He said he wouldn't mind being HHH's manager, but it wasn't Bischoff's place to be assigning him a role. Bischoff replied that he's the boss and that HBK has no choice but to do whatever he tells him to do.. He told HBK he doesn't have the stroke (one of Bischoff's old WCW terms) that he had back when Vince McMahon was running things and letting HBK push him around. An "a**hole" chant started at Bischoff. HBK responded that if it's a choice between doing things Bischoff's way or leaving, then he'll leave. He promptly walked out. Bischoff yelled after him that if he walks out he'll never be allowed to come back. HHH acted shocked that HBK had walked out so abruptly. Bischoff told him to run after him and talk some sense into his head. HHH headed off after HBK. After both were gone, Bischoff, with that arrogant grin on his face, said he would unify the IC and European Titles in a ladder match between champs Rob Van Dam and Jeff Hardy.

HHH caught up with HBK backstage. HBK was determined to walk out, saying he's been with the WWE for 15 years and has always done things his own way, and won't be ordered around by Bischoff. HHH reminded HBK that he switched from Smackdown over to RAW to be with him. He said they'd be great together with HBK as his manager. He asked him not to walk out like Steve Austin did. HHH said he had a great idea for the two of them, and promised to reveal it later. HBK calmed down and agreed to stay and give HHH's idea a chance.

RVD beat Jeff Hardy in a ladder match in 6:58 to unify the IC & European Titles. Phasing out minor belts is a good idea. Jeff came down to the ring and deliberately walked under the ladder, testing the old superstition that it's bad luck to do that. RVD arrived and didn't walk under the ladder. I guess the old superstition was right, given the results. Jeff hit a huracanrana and lariated RVD out. Jeff got the ladder but RVD kicked it into his face. RVD hit a moonsault off the apron. RVD started up the ladder but Jeff pulled him down. Jeff then started up and RVD bumped him off hard. Another ladder appeared and they fought with them, doing the dueling ladders routine. RVD did a flip splash on Jeff on a ladder. Jeff swantoned a ladder on top of RVD. RVD did a sunset flip into a powerbomb on Jeff from off the ladder top. The match had great heat, as did most of the show. RVD hit the rolling thunder on Jeff on a ladder. Both started up separate ladders, with Jeff taking a scary bump off. RVD then frog splashed Jeff from off his ladder. RVD climbed up and got the belt for the win. Afterward, RVD helped Jeff up and held up his hand. A real good match!

Christopher Nowinski came out. He thanked Bischoff for allowing him to come out and get something off his chest. He was perplexed that people don't seem to appreciate having a Harvard graduate in the WWE. He tried to be understanding, recognizing that most of the fans can't relate to something as lofty as a Harvard degree. Undertaker rode down on his motorcycle and calmly entered the ring. Nowinski got nervous. He said UT was probably upset over losing his world title at the PPV, and probably had something important to say, so he gave UT the mic and started to leave. UT shook his hand. but didn't let go when Nowinski tried to make an exit. UT beat the hell out of Nowinski and left him laying with the last ride. Good angle, as UT was so calm about everything.

Backstage, Bischoff met with Rhyno. Great seeing Rhyno there! Bischoff said he has scouted him and wants him on RAW when he is able to return (he'll be out a few more months with his injury). Rhyno was pleased and thanked Bischoff for providing him with first class travel. They promised to keep in touch. Shawn Stasiak & D-Lo Brown walked up. They wanted to wrestle on TV, and practically begged Bischoff for the chance. Bischoff finally said he has a three minute block he needs to fill, so he would let them wrestle, but warned them that he wants entertainment and if, God forbid, they bore him, there'll be hell to pay.

Molly Holly & William Regal beat Trish Stratus & Bubba Ray Dudley in 3:55. JR reported that the new rules for these inter-gender matches allow for male vs. female action. He didn't like the change. As an aficionado of pure "joshi puroresu", neither did I. Bubba came out with his arm all bandaged up from the table match at the PPV. He sold it as being hurt throughout the match. Bubba pounded Regal, who tagged Molly in. Bubba couldn't bring himself to hit her, but did do his dance routine and smacked her on the ass after she slapped him. Regal came in against Trish and had no qualms about working her over. Molly went to the top but got crotched. So much for her being a virgin. Trish gave Regal a wazzup. Bubba started to slap Trish on the chest and tell her to get the table, but remembered that she's a girl, so he went to get the table himself. He ended up chasing Molly out on the floor, allowing Regal to force Trish to tap out to an STF. JR was disgusted with Regal.

Bischoff reminded Stasiak & D-Lo that they would have exactly three minutes to prove themselves. He then encountered Chris Benoit in a hallway. There was a huge Mao Tse Tung-style photo of Bischoff on the wall nearby, by the way. Bischoff began doing his suck-up routine, praising Benoit like crazy. He said Benoit had a classic series of matches with Booker T back in WCW, so he had signed a Benoit vs. Booker match, with the winner getting an IC Title shot next week on RAW. Benoit just stood and listened as Bischoff said, "You're the man! You are THE MAN!"

Rock came out to the ring to a huge pop as the new Undisputed World Champion. He said he may never ride a motorcycle with Undertaker or share a glass of milk with Kurt Angle, but he put both over and thanked them for making the main event at Vengeance one of his greatest matches ever. He said he had promised Eric Jerkoff, or Jackoff, or whatever that jabronie is called, that he would win the title and thus be able to appear on RAW. Eddie Guerrero came out on the ramp top. He called Rock by the name, "La Rocka". He said he has two young daughters at home who worship and idolize their daddy. But when he went to say goodnight to them, he saw a big poster of the Rock right next to his own photo on their bedroom wall. He was disturbed, to say the least, at seeing this poster of Mr. Big Shot Movie Star, so to discipline his girls he ripped the poster down and destroyed it right in front of them. By the way, I can't convey here how great Guerrero was, acting all this out and injecting an occasional Spanish word or phrase. He demonstrated how his daughters got down and their knees and begged and cried over their poster. He said he told them to shut up and yelled something at them in Spanish. Rock called Guerrero a sick, psychopathic freak for treating his daughters like that. He said Guerrero was the true movie star, having appeared in a series of movies, which led to Rock asking Guerrero whether he was Cheech or Chong in those films. Guerrero said Rock's jealous because he's a better wrestler than Rock and better looking than Rock. He claimed to have the hottest mullet in America, and called it the People's Mullet. Rock said with a haircut like that, Guerrero makes it appear that Billy Ray Cyrus had sex with a retarded hyena. Guerrero said he would teach Rock as lesson just as he did with his girls. He challenged Rock to a non-title match, and said if he wins, Rock must grant him a title shot. Rock agreed to the challenge, and cut a promo in a mock Spanish accent about kicking the ass of Latino Heat, followed by "arriba, arriba", or something like that, and laying the smacketh down on Guerrero's candy ass. A great segment!

Brock Lesnar beat Tommy Dreamer in a Singapore Cane Match in 2:34 to start hour two. Lesnar and Paul Heyman came out as Rock was leaving up the ramp after his promo. They walked right past Rock and totally ignored him. Rock didn't appreciate it. JR put over that they were playing mind games with Rock. The match began and Dreamer sent Lesnar out with some quick cane shots. On the floor, Lesnar suplexed Dreamer and threw him into the stairs. Back in the ring, Dreamer got in a couple of more cane shots but Lesnar hit the F5 for the win. The story was that Lesnar won a cane match without ever once using his cane. Afterward, Undertaker came out of nowhere and destroyed Lesnar with a cane. Lesnar bailed out to the floor where Heyman hurried him up the ramp to safety.

HBK encountered Big Show backstage. Show reminded HBK of how he gave him the sweet chin music a couple of weeks ago in that "tough love" segment. He asked HBK if he's tough enough to do that now without Kevin Nash backing him up. HBK said he hasn't wrestled in years, so he really doesn't know how tough he still is. He asked Show if he wants to find out. Show said he might take him up on that offer.

D-Lo Brown vs. Shawn Stasiak went to a no-contest in 1:30. Bischoff was on the ramp top to watch this match. In fact, he jumped the gun and almost started the match during the prior HBK-Big Show segment (a technical glitch). Anyway, he told them they had a three minute time limit to prove they're entertaining wrestlers. So D-Lo and Stasiak went at it, doing just basic wrestling moves. Bischoff acted bored, and at just past the 1:00 mark a couple of huge guys came out of the crowd, presumably on Bischoff's orders. They went in and destroyed both D-Lo and Stasiak. For the record, they were the Island Boyz from WWE's developmental system, the latest Samoan-type tag team.

HHH handed HBK a bag. HBK looked inside and liked what he saw. HHH told him to put it on and wear it when they go out to the ring.

Goldust praised Booker for defeating Big Show at Vengeance, calling him a David over Goliath-style king of the giant killers. He presented Booker with a Don King wig. Booker put it on and cut a King-type promo talking about beating up that snaggle-toothed, gap-toothed wolverine Chris Benoit, only in America, sucka!

Benoit beat Booker in 5:54 to earn an IC Title shot. Booker's ribs were taped to sell a back injury during the PPV match. Booker hit a lot of hard chops and kicks. Benoit hit a backbreaker and suplexes to focus on the bad back. Booker did a missile kick. Benoit did more German suplexes and won with the crossface when Booker's back just couldn't take anymore.

Big Show beat Spike Dudley in 1:02. Bischoff joined JR & Lawler on commentary for this match. JR didn't like it, but Lawler sort of sucked up to Bischoff. Bischoff boasted that he hand-picked Spike as Show's opponent. JR ridiculed it as a mis-match. Show just squashed Spike and finished him off with a chokeslam. Afterward, he was about to put Spike through a table but Bubba ran in for the save. After a skirmish, Show put Bubba through the table on top of Spike.

The DX music and entrance video aired! HHH & HBK came out in DX shirts. The crowd popped for it. HBK said, "Just when you thought it was safe to turn on the old grappling show, look who's back!" A "DX" chant started. HHH yelled "suck it!" But then, out of the blue, he kicked HBK in the gut and gave him a pedigree! JR & Lawler were shocked, as was the crowd. HBK was left laying as HHH arrogantly walked out alone.

After a break, they replayed HHH's pedigree on HBK, with JR doing the "why? why?" routine. HHH got into a limo and left. As his limo drove off, another limo pulled in. It was Stephanie. She asked a security guard to tell Bischoff that his competition has arrived.

Rock beat Guerrero in a non-title match in 8:30. They opened with some hot, fast spots. Guerrero hit a big suplex and put the boots to Rock. JR said he's gonna send Guerrero's daughters a Scorpion King poster. If Kelly Hu is on it, I want one, too. Guerrero hit a dropkick and Lawler noted that Cheech couldn't hit a dropkick like that. Probably not, but he could get pretty high. They slugged it out with Rock making a comeback. Rock went for the Rock Bottom but Guerrero reversed it in an amazing move which is impossible to describe in print. He almost scored a pin on Rock out of it. Guerrero hit a huracanrana but missed a frog splash. Rock then won with a spinebuster and the People's Elbow. I still think Guerrero needs a high profile TV win, but this was a great main event. After the match, Lesnar came in the ring and picked up the title belt as Rock was celebrating. He and Rock had a staredown before Lesnar finally tossed the belt on the mat in front of Rock. Lesnar walked out with Rock staring after him.

Bischoff went out to Steph's limo. He sneeringly asked if she was there to learn how to produce a sports entertainment TV show or to slap him in the face. She got out, saying she was there to kick him in the testicles. Bischoff started doing the exaggerated movie kung fu type motions, daring her to come at him. Lesnar & Heyman arrived and Lesnar stepped in front of Bishoff, as if to protect him. But then, both Lesnar & Heyman got in the limo with Stephanie. Bischoff went nuts, demanding to know what was going on. Steph said she just kicked Bischoff in the testicles, and asked how it feels, saying she wouldn't know since she doesn't have any. The limo drove off, with Steph telling Bischoff that if he wants to see Lesnar again, just watch Smackdown! As the limo vanished into the darkness, Bischoff kept telling that he wanted to fight, screaming, "I'll knock you out!"

RHETORICAL QUESTIONS:

Wouldn't you love to smack that smirk off Bischoff's face?

Aren't you glad they're starting to move some of the talent around to different shows?

Shouldn't Vince Russo be called the true show stopper?

Do those new inter-gender match rules mean that Austin will be returning?

Since when can't Bubba Ray Dudley hit a girl?

Wasn't Guerrero awesome tonight?

2002 - Bill Goldberg held an official chat on his website.  Here is the complete transcript:

Question 1: Have you had talks with WWE, NWA, Japan and if the deal is right would you be prepared to sign with WWE?

Bill: First, thanks for staying up so late, good to know I have fans over there. Nothing is out of the question but I can tell you that my values will not be compromised, as far as for what promotion, divulging that info will be left for a later date.

Question 2: Who is your best friend in the business?

Bill: Rick Steiner

Bill: Gotta send a shout out to Dakota!

Question 3: If you had the chance to wrestle anyone past or present, who would it be?

Bill: For nostalgia purposes, I would have loved to wrestle Hogan in his hey day. The obvious answers are Rock and Austin and are just that, obvious. As for a grudge match, it's a much longer list, fill in the blanks yourselves.

Question 4: When you gave the big show a jackhammer, what was going through your head?

Bill: I was thinking "man I hope I don't blow out my back" and not picking him up ever crossed my mind.

Question 5: What up with Brock Lesnar? Is he trying to be a Goldberg replacement?

Bill: To be fair, its hard to pass judgment because I havent seen him wrestle. Also, he's probably just doing as he's told but I don't think for 1 instant that I wouldn't like to pick him up and drive him thru the mat like everyone else.

Question 6: What's the biggest drag in the business?

Bill: Attitudes and lack of professional atmosphere.

Question 7: Favorite match in WCW tenure?

Bill: I had a number of favorite matches, but obviously, to have been given to wrestle in front of my adopted hometown, Atlanta, in front of 40k people and wrestle Hogan for the WCW belt was the pinnacle.

Question 8: Why do you race cars, for charity?

Bill: Not to put charity in the back seat, but the first draw was to go fast, legally.

Question 9: Who did you idolize as a child

Bill: My older brothers, when I got in hs and college, I idolized certain pro nfl players who I wanted to emulate like Randy White, John Matsuzak.

Question 10: What do you like most, football, wrestling, or racing?

Bill: FB because it was a lifelong dream of mine. Wrestling provided me with the opportunities that i'm afforded today. Racing is pure adrenaline rush.

Q 10: Feelings on Kevin Nash? Were you unhappy to lose to him at Starrcade 98?

Bill: I was unhappy for many reasons, not the least of which it was my birthday. I have no problem with Nash. I learned a lot from him, positive and negative. I consider Big Kev a friend of mine and I hope he heals quickly.

Q 11: I was at Starrcade 98 and I saw it was a real stun gun. Was it planned like everything else? Were you surprised and what are your feelings on Hall?

Bill: It was a surprise, and it sure didn't tickle. Onto Hall, I was brought up that you treat others as you'd want to be treated. And in making this short and sweet, I've come to the conclusion that Hall was not brought up that way.

Q 12: I saw you had an auction on Ebay. Why did you decide to donate a portion of the money raised on Ebay to Save-A-Pet?

Bill: When you make it to a certain level, where people listen to what you have to say, you try to use it in a positive way. Also these shelters such as Save A pet have some type of personal connection/tie.

Q 12: I read you and Bischoff were attending Sturgis this year, do you plan to discuss business or relax?

Bill: I'm going to Sturgis for vacation, and I do emphasize, vacation.

Q 13: Did you have a hand in developing your website?

Bill: No hidden computer skills here bro, just a desire to provide the best site possible for my fans, and I did have a lot to do with the design, hope you like it.

Q 14: Are you a fan of the man show?

Bill: I'm a fan of the man show, if I wasn't I wouldn't have participated in it. (if he likes the man show and wants to be part of it, he shouldn't have a problem with WWE since the man show is much worse morally)

Q15: Why would you sell your bike on ebay?

Bill: That was my first custom, and with time we all need a change.

Q 16: Last movie you watched?

Bill: Royal tennenbaums and it was horrible

Q 17: what kind of music do you like?

Bill: I've very eclectic, I listen to different things while I train. For instance, everlast, different music while I drive such as classic rock so you can see I like all types.

Q18: How does it feel knowing that fans still chant Goldberg at WWE events?

Bill: I couldn't be stowed a greater honor than to still have people chanting my name. I cant tell you how much I miss the fans and the ability to interact with them.

Q 19: Are you working out and ready to wrestle?

Bill: Considering I just got cleared by the DR on 7-12-02, I can honestly say I'm far from ring shape. But I can tell you I've been to the gym 2x a day since being cleared.

Q 20: Is your tattoo copyrighted by WCW?

Bill: Only way they could not let me use it is by cutting my arm off.

Q 21: Are you going to chill with jesse james at sturgis and show off the el diablo?

Bill: Gotta send a shout out to Briana and chad, because I know they're out there somewhere.

I'll be hanging with jesse. Yes, i'll have my rigid there, no I wont be showing it off.

Q 22: Any more plans for TV work?

Bill: Yes, I'm planning to participate in upcoming projects in Hollywood. I tend to jinx myself by talking about them, so until its a go, stay tuned to my website.

Q 22: Do you like hockey?

Bill: Love hockey, hard to say what my favorite team is since I have friends in the league.

Q 23: Bret Hart?

Bill: I spoke to Bret recently and not to be rude, the conversation was between Bret and I.

Q 24: Have you benched more than 500?

Bill: There's no question I've lost some strength because well, I did just that, I laid off. Pro wrestling is a full time job and I did need the rest. My shoulder surgery and that unfortunate arm injury have both put a damper on my training, but suffice to say, my sites are set and my motivation is back. Now its time to work!

Q 25: Are you accepting an offer from Japan?

Bill: As I stated before, though tempted, I can't discuss who I've been talking to. It's all about the surprise, isn't it?

Q 26: What do you think led to the demise of WCW?

Bill: The fact that nobody at turner really cared about it anymore, it was delegated to someone who didn't care if it existed or not, and the domino implosion effected occurred shortly thereafter.

Q 27: Thoughts on Russo going to WWE, then NWA?

Bill: If the WWE wanted to eliminate themselves in the running for Goldberg, they almost did by hiring Vince Russo.

Q 28: Ever consider UFC?

Bill: I thought you wanted to see me back in the ring. I considered it, but I need to train for a while to properly train for that type of fighting. It seems like a lot of fun and I'd seriously consider it.

Q 29: Favorite motorcycle?

Bill: I'd pick one dependent on how far I'd have to ride it

Q30. Do you look up rumors on the net?

Bill: No because I'm Goldberg, remember.

Q31: Would your music change in WWE?

Bill" I personally picked it in WCW and would not change it.

Q 32: Is the Ross Report true about your dealings with WWE?

Bill: Yes, have not met.

Q 33: Hobbies

Bill: my brother is in the airplane business, I've flown all my life. My passion is on 4 wheels.

Q 34: Involved with Goldberg monster truck?

Bill: No more involvement, sadly to say.

Q 35: Personal problems with HHH?

Bill: I think those problems are widely documented.

Bill: I've done a lot of things in my life I'm sorry for. Even tho I'm sorry for where I went about it, I'm not sorry for why I went about it and though it was a long time ago, bottom line my life was of no concern to him. Our problems started when he commented on me. I finished em, thanks for raising my blood pressure, a jackhammer from the top rope is waiting for him.

Q 36: Thoughts on WWE characters of DDP, Kidman, Hugh Morrus, etc?

Bill: Hard for me to pass judgment when I haven't watched the show. All Ive heard is they've basically demoralized everyone from WCW. And for that, I'm disheartened.

Q 37: Since you are an animal lover, were you glad the World Wildlife fund defeated WWE over the use of the name?

Bill" I don't think it was a monumental step for animal rights, and I'll be honest, WWE sure doesn't flow like WWF. So my feelings are mixed. I really don't have an opinion?

Q 38: Gillberg?

Bill: Flattered that they thought enough of me to imitate me on their show, and waste their time on their show dedicated to me. There was a part of me that wanted to show up on their show and eat him like a sack of lunch.

Q 39: What do you think of the 2nd invasion angle proposed by Russo where he'd have you, Hart, Foley, and Bischoff?

Bill: What? That's the first I've heard of that. Guess that shows how far out of the loop..., not to sound cocky, I only worry about what I'm going to do, not what others people impressions of what I'm going to do. I'm happy I've been afforded that luxury.

Q 40: Thoughts on the Rock?

Bill" I think the rock is at the top of his game, any wrestler would be proud to be in his shoes, I applaud him for what he's done.

That doesn't mean that the rock couldn't be next.

Q 41 Kurt Angle?

Bill: Would love to wrestle him. I respect him very much for the transition he's been able to make. He's a very formidable opponent and I'd love to test his skills, though he's only 215 lbs.

Q 42: Thoughts on Austin walking out?

Bill: As far as him walking out, you never know if its a work or not Rumor is, he was due for a break anyway. Needless to say, I hope the negative rumors aren't true. I'd be remiss to say I wouldn't want to face Stone Cold in the ring.

Q 43: Tips to follow in your footsteps?

Bill: Don't ever try to be like anyone else, be unique, be creative, and most important do whatever u do with passion.

Q 44: HBK?

Bill: No opinion to be honest.

Q 45: Is your broken arm fully healed?

Bill: Feeling good, not fully healed but I'm on my way back. And fyi, the cast I had will be auctioned, starting Tuesday on ebay. All proceeds going to angeles house, a favorite charity of mine in the Atlanta area. Check it out.

Q 46: Current state of wrestling? Could you flourish in WWE?

I think they'd have to change their way of thinking a bit.

Q47: Is wrestling losing its way permanently or temporarily?

Bill: Hope its temporary, but I don't really know.

Q 48: Charities?

Bill: I've got so many that I support but they're all listed, linked on my website.

Q49: Would you ever pose naked in playgirl?

Bill: If they only had 1 issue and 1 copy, literally.

Q 50: Favorite moment in wrestling?

Bill: Even though winning the belt from Hogan was cool, getting to wrestle sting because I had such a good time with him in the ring.

Q 51: Same pyro when you come back?

Bill: Thanks for saying it was and seeing you think so highly of it, I'd be a fool to change it.

Q 52: Did those sparks hurt?

Bill: Yes.

Q 53: If you had one last match, who would you pick to wrestle?

Bill: Great question, I'm stumped. Should have asked me that one earlier. Email me who you'd like me to wrestle.

Q 54: Favorite town to wrestle in?

Bill: There were so many, I usually remember towns by their restaurants or the fans. As far as fans, Atlanta wa a great place. Restaurants, Gene and Gorgettis in Chicago.

Bill: In closing, thanks again for tuning in. Hopefully some questions were answered. Think of more for our next chat which will be soon. Or feel free to email me questions you may have. I train 2 hours a day, 1 hour per session.

Thanks again, keep the faith. YOU NEVER KNOW WHO COULD BE NEXT, IT COULD BE YOU!

2002 - WWE ran Flint, Michigan.  Kyle Richards filed the following live report:

IMA Sports Arena in Flint had probably 2000 people. I think, although I could be wrong, this is the WWE's first stop since 1986 when Randy Savage took on George Steele.

1. Rey Misterio Jr. and Funaki defeated Tajiri and Chavo Guerrero Jr. Misterio Jr. looked really good, and the crowd very into him as they know he is showing up on TV this week. Huracanrana by Misterio on Guerrero ended the short and quick paced match.

2. Albert beat Mark Henry with a handful of tights.

3. Jamie Noble beat Billy Kidman with the help of Nidia. Lots of good action with Kidman getting many 'too' close falls. Even a Jamie Noble screw-up didn't distract the crowd. Nidia grabbed the leg during a suplex from the outside to give

4. Billy and Chuck with Rico won over Hurricane and Shannon Moore. Nice shining wizard by Hurricane. Too bad I was the only one who called it. The men all seemed laid back, and playing into the crowd's comments.

5. Test won over the green John Cena. Lots of close falls, and the big boot ended the match. Very good match for Cena.

6. Rikishi won over Kurt Angle by DQ after a low blow by Angle. 12 minutes long, 5 moves. LOTS OF STALLING! Angle had a lot of heat and Rikishi was so liked, it made up for it.

7. D-Von and Batista won over the returning Mike Awesome and Sean O'Haire. O'Haire still looked very green in some spots. Awesome looked very good, and very close to ring condition. D-Von preached to the Flint (maybe to give more jobs to the area), and even did a special sermon to a lady with heavy floaters on top.

8. Lance Storm and Christian in their first Tag Team title defense won over Big Valbowski and Hardcore Holly. Nice heat for the Canadian team. Christian acted like he leaving and was near the curtain when we aw him laugh. It seems Chris Jericho was right behind the curtain making jokes. Test came from the back to help out his team with the win.

9. Torrie Wilson won over Dawn Marie in a Bra and Panties match where Stacy Keibler was guest ref. Tons of blown spots with tons of boos from the crowd.  Torrie got her topped ripped off, and then ripped off Keibler's bottoms after the match. So so bad. You couldn't cover it up on TV, you'd need to cut the whole match.

Edge beat Chris Jericho. Big pops for both men. Even though Jericho was heel, people still cheered him some. Good action including a spear by Edge into a ring tangled Jericho. Edge then showed his appreciation to the guy who hit him in the head with a soda, and gave the fans were weren't rowdy a '5 Second Pose.'

Good show. Small crowd. Saginaw might have been a better sell, or trying the Palace of Auburn Hills. Rent is probably cheapest in Flint, though.

HEAT:
1. Christian and Lance Storm
2. D-Von
3. Jericho (just for his prematch mic work)

Pops:
1. Edge
2. Rikishi
3. Hurricane

Kyle sent this report.

Here are the results of the show.

Sunday night, Mark Henry successfully defended his ECW Title against Tommy Dreamer thanks to outside interference, but it was not from Tony Atlas. Colin Delaney was the man to cost Dreamer the title. How will Dreamer respond in the ‘Home of ECW’? Which man will be the one to challenge Mark Henry for the title at SummerSlam? Will Armando Estrada wrestle anyone tonight? Will we see any surprises tonight?

We are live on tape from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and your announcers are ‘THE’ Tazz and Mike ‘Is there a link between ECW and Philadelphia’ Adamle.

That includes Mark Henry and Colin Delaney.

Colin comes to the ring. Colin says that for the past two days, everyone has been asking him why he would do it and turn his back on his mentor, Tommy Dreamer. Tommy was his friend and mentor, but what did he get for it? He got his butt kicked night in and night out. He achieved his dream of being a WWE Superstar and he became a laughingstock. He saw a legend in the ring and a Hall of Famer in the corner of Mark Henry. Then he saw Tommy Dreamer, a washed up loser. Tommy cannot do anything for himself or for Colin. Tommy Dreamer is the past and Tony Atlas and Mark Henry is where it is at. Colin says that everyone would have done that. Colin says that he is on board. He says that he will carry their bags.

2010 - TNA broadcast Impact on SpikeTV, which featured the announcement of an ECW-themed Hardcore Justice PPV event.  Richard Trionfo filed the following live report:

This week's episode opens with a video package of Abyss talking about how nobody understands him, and he's going to do what he's going to do because of Them, and TNA's never going to be the same. From there, we go to the big show ending brawl between the TNA and ECW guys and Dixie Carter saying that she invited them!

Speaking of Dixie Carter, she's backstage, and she's...WALKING! And tonight, she'll explain why she invited the ECW guys to TNA! Also tonight, Kurt Angle continues his rise up the ladder as he wrestles #7 contender Hernandez, and Samoa Joe takes on Jeff Hardy!

Interestingly, we open the show with not just a match, but a championship match...

Global Title Match: Rob Terry vs AJ Styles

Rob Terry, we are informed, is now the longest reigning Global Champion in TNA history. Well, that's what happens when you let a guy go two and a half months between title defenses. AJ's good, but let's see if even he can carry this stiff to a halfway decent match. AJ punches Terry in the abs, but Terry no-sells as AJ acts like he hurt his fist. AJ gets a kick to the leg of Terry and dances around, throwing it in Terry's face, but Terry just slugs him, then rams him into the corner and literally squashes him with a shoulder in the corner, then Beels AJ across the ring. AJ tries to climb out of the ring and Terry and Kazarian play tug of war with AJ, but Terry wins. Terry eats boot on a charge into the corner, but catches AJ trying a springboard something, presses him several times, and then just launches him across the ring. Terry goes for the crappy spinebuster, but AJ escapes and hits an enziguiri. Terry again no-sells and hits a leaping spinkick, which seems to almost connect this week, but Kazarian is distracting the referee, so Terry nails Kazarian, allowing AJ to roll Terry up from behind...for 2. AJ goes to the apron and Terry goes to suplex him in, but Kazarian grabs the ankle from the outside and AJ falls on top to get the win and the title.

Winner and NEW Global Champion: AJ Styles

We go to Mike and Taz, who tell us that tonight is going to be a night of answers, and Mike says he's had doubts about Taz because of his history with ECW and asks if he knew about Dixie's invitation, and Taz says he knew nothing. By the way, Mick Foley made his return last night as well, and wouldn't you know it, but he's got history with ECW as well!

We go backstage to Sarita and Madison Rayne, who are laughing over the beating Sarita handed Taylor Wilde, and then Madison starts making fun of Velvet Sky, but Velvet just happens to walk in with Lacey. Velvet gets in Madison's face and Lacey tries to calm them down, and they both tell her to shut up. They keep fighting and Lacey keeps trying to get them to make up, and they keep telling her to shut up until finally Madison and Sarita walk out.

Backstage, Dixie Carter is yelling at the TNA agents and asking them what the hell happened last week, and they said they had no idea what was going on and Dixie said "you're agents, you don't need to know what's going on!" Can't argue with that logic. Finally Simon Diamond gets up and slams the door on the cameraman as Dixie continues lambasting them.

Back to the ring for Knockouts action...

TNA Knockouts Champion Angelina Love & Taylor Wilde vs Madison Rayne & Sarita

Before the match, referee Earl Hebner tells Angelina that the board has no proof of who was on the motorcycle at Victory Road, so she must surrender the Knockouts Title and return it to Madison Rayne. Angelina hesitantly hands the belt to Hebner, then goes after Madison as Taylor goes to work on Sarita. Sarita gets tossed to the floor as Angelina and Taylor hit a double clothesline on Madison. Sarita gets back in and gets speared by Angelina, who then tags in Taylor, but Sarita gets an STO on Taylor. Taylor regains her feet and now she and Sarita go toe to toe, but Sarita with a big flapjack suplex on Taylor, but she tags Angelina right in and she goes to work on both Sarita and Madison. Taylor comes back in and all four girls fight it out again, with Taylor and Sarita rolling out to the floor as Angelina hits a Flatliner on Madison for the win.

Winners: Angelina Love & Taylor Wilde

Suddenly, the Bike Girl With The Dumpy Ass zooms down to ringside and makes her way towards the ring. Lacey and Velvet come out from the back looking shocked as Madison and Sarita jump Angelina and Taylor from behind and joins in the beatdown. Madison grabs her belt back as Dumpy Ass gets back on her bike and Madison & Sarita join her. Madison yells at Lacey to come with them and, after much hesitation, Lacey leaves Velvet and heads away with Madison, Sarita, and Dumpy Ass. Velvet looks shocked, then she and Angelina glare at each other as we go to commercial.

Okay, we're back, and it's time for more action...

Winner: Kurt Angle

Kevin Nash comes strolling out from the back after the match and shakes hands with Angle, then continues into the ring as Angle heads to the back. Nash calls Jeff Jarrett out to the ring, and we'll find out what he has to say...AFTER THIS!

We're back, and Jeff Jarrett makes his way to the ring. Kevin Nash says that he's had a week to think about it, and he says that Jarrett's really good at what he does. He almost had Nash convinced that Sting left a log in the punch bowl, but he's known Sting for 20 years and he let Nash sleep at his place because he was broke, and he's not sure it was Sting that left the log in the punch bowl, he thinks it was Double J. Nash says there's a group of guys who look up to him in the back as a veteran, and those guys are the victims. Jarrett says he has no idea what Nash is talking about and he's not buying it and he's sure the fans aren't either. Jarrett says it was Nash that screwed Hulk and Eric when he brought in Hall and Waltman, and that hurt this company. Jarrett says Nash can spin his tale any way he wants, but he knows Nash and so to the fans, and it's been well documented over the years. Nash says forget the history lesson, he knows it and has come to accept it, but he has a question for Jarrett: when his three daughters grow up and realize that their father is a selfish prick, he can chuckle that in his sleep. Nash walks out. Okay, that still made no sense.

Meanwhile, Dixie Carter is backstage, and she's...PACING! Kurt walks by and gives her a kiss on the cheek and asks what's going on, and Dixie says Kurt needs to just trust her. Kurt says to be careful what she's getting into because these guys have a reputation, and Dixie says she knows and to just trust her. Kurt kisses her on the cheek again and walks off.

Samoa Joe vs Jeff Hardy is next!

Samoa Joe vs Jeff Hardy

Bells rings, and Hardy rolls to the floor...and starts walking around high fiving fans at ringside. Um...okay. Well, can't blame him, I wouldn't want to fight Joe either. Hey, Eric Bischoff is on the phone! He mentions Hogan's surgery as Joe starts kicking the crap out of Hardy, rubbing his throat across the ropes, and tossing him to the floor. Joe rams Hardy to the apron as Bischoff says he and Hulk came to TNA to help and they'll support whatever decisions Dixie makes. Hardy starts to fight back and rams Joe to the stairs, then tosses him back in the ring. Eric says TNA's an exciting place to be and they're just here to help them grow as Hardy does the ten punch count in the corner, then snapmares Joe and he HITS THE CHINLOCK! Bischoff wraps up his phone call, and now we can return to the match at hand as Joe gives Hardy a jawbreaker. Joe with the snapmare/chop/kick/kneedrop combo as a Joe chant starts. Hardy fires back and Joe reverses a whip into the corner, Hardy leapfrogs, but Joe catches him with a savate kick to the jaw, then starts ramming elbows to the top of the skull of Hardy. Joe with a running knee and enziguiri in the corner and covers for 2. Hardy fires back again and comes off the ropes but Joe with a snap powerslam for 2. Hardy with a series of running forearms and an inverted enziguiri, and the springboard dropkick in the corner for 2. Hardy with a sleeper drop for 2 and tries a move off the second rope, but Joe catches him with an inverted atomic drop, running boot, and senton for 2. Joe with a powerbomb for 2, and converts Hardy's kickout into an STF, and then converts that into a Crippler Crossface and makes Hardy's eyes bug out from cranking so hard on the move. Hardy makes the ropes and Joe starts mocking him and goes for a slam, Hardy escapes out the back and goes for a Twist Of Fate, Joe escapes that and goes for the Kokina Clutch, and Hardy escapes that and hits the Whisper In The Wind. What a sequence. We get the announcement that 30 seconds remain, then they start going toe to toe with 15 seconds left and they go crashing to the mat as time expires.

Time Limit Draw

Crowd chants for Brian Hebner to let them fight and Joe's totally in favor of that, so Hardy takes his shirt off and goes after Joe and they brawl again until the referees separate them.

Backstage, Jeff Jarrett is complaining to Dixie about Kevin Nash, but Dixie says she needs his help in telling everybody whatever it is that she has to tell them, and needs Jarrett to help spread the word. Jarrett says she can trust him.

Back to the ring...

Matt Morgan vs Ken Anderson

Anderson stops on the way to the ring to ask the fans if there's any assholes in the building, getting the usual wonderful pop, and he then introduces himself as the Head Asshole. Anderson ducks behind Morgan with a schoolboy rollup for 2 right off the bat, then a rolling cradle for 2, then goes to a side headlock. Morgan takes Anderson to the corner and nails him, then puts the boots to him. Morgan with the machine gun elbows in the corner and follows in with a splash in the corner, and finally a side suplex for 2. Anderson starts a comeback and goes for a crossbody, but Morgan catches him and hits a fallaway slam for 2. Morgan with a short clothesline and another, and goes for a roaring clothesline but Anderson ducks and hits the Flatliner for the win.

Winner: Ken Anderson

We start to go to Mike and Taz, but jump right back to the ring where Morgan attacks Anderson from behind with his own mic, hitting him in the head and busting him open.

After a quick commercial break, we head back to the ring...

They try to double suplex Shelley to the floor but Sabin makes the save and then hit a series of double team moves on the rampway. Shelley gets Roode in a rear chinlock and Sabin goes all the way to the top of the ramp, gets a running start, and gets a leaping dropkick to the face of Roode, followed by Shelley hitting a leaping double stomp off the rampway onto Roode for 2. Roode swings a chair at Shelley but misses and hits the ringpost and Shelley follows with a running knee off the apron. Sabin tries a dive through the ropes onto Roode but Roode cracks him in the face with a chair coming through and then takes out Shelley's knees with a chair as well. Roode tosses Shelley back in the ring where Storm hits a lungblower for 2. Shelley recovers and tosses a chair to Roode and Sabin hits a springboard dropkick to the chair into Roode's face for 2. Storm drags Shelley to the floor then jumps in and spits beer in the face of Sabin, allowing Roode to hit a spinebuster for 2. Shelley comes in with a kendo stick which he nails both Roode and Storm with, and Roode tries a lariat but nails the ref. Sabin tosses a trash can at Roode's head to send him to the floor and tries a baseball slide, but Roode moves and Sabin hits the other ref. Storm tosses Shelley in the ring and Beer Money put him on top and try a double superplex but Sabin makes the save and they hit a Sliced Bread #2/powerbomb combo, but no ref, and Storm slips in and hits Shelley with the beer bottle and superkicks Sabin, then drags the ref over to make the three count.

Winners: Beer Money

Backstage, Brother Devon walks in on Brother Ray and says he's not here to talk about all their issues with Jesse, but he wants to know where he was last Thursday. He needed to let the ECW guys know he has their back, and asks if Brother Ray has their back, too. Ray says they have nothing to prove with those guys and don't need to have their back, then walks out.

Christy is backstage with Rob Van Dam and says he has a history with ECW, and asks how it felt to be with those guys again. RVD said it was great, and he's proud of everything he did...back then. But he's evolved and now he's the Whole F'n Show and the World Champion, so having these guys back is like having the best of both worlds. Christy wants his thoughts on Dixie's speech tonight, and RVD said he's excited to see what the news is but he has no info on what it's going to be. While RVD is happy to see all this coming together, he can't forget that Abyss wants the belt so he'll have to keep his eyes out for him too.

We go to Mike and Taz, who filibuster for time for the upcoming announcement. Mike thinks that Dixie owes us an explanation, and Taz thinks that as the owner, she's not accountable to anyone. From there we go to a video package recapping the history of the ECW angle culminating in last week's brawl to lead us into tonight's announcement, which will be up next. Meanwhile, Dixie Carter is backstage, and she's...WALKING SOME MORE!

It's main event...uh...promo time, and here comes Dixie Carter, complete with entrance music. She starts by kissing the fans' butts by saying TNA has the best fans, and she's always said this company is going to be for the fans. She's loved meeting everyone and hearing what they have to say, and puts over her Twitter. There's been one common theme brought up time after time, and that's the fans' love for extreme, hardcore wrestling. At this time, she'd like to introduce some men who made hardcore wrestling popular, and out come Tommy Dreamer, Rhino, Stevie Richards, Mick Foley, and Raven. She says she wants the ECW guys to tell the fans what they meant to this industry. Foley says this is the first time he remembers Dixie cutting a promo, and Dixie says it's not a promo it's her being real, and says that what Hogan meant to the 80s, ECW meant to the 90s. She pauses as the crowd starts an ECW chant. Dixie says it's not about being hardcore, it's about honor, dedication and respect, and not doing it for fat paychecks, but doing it because they love the business, their fellow wrestlers, and the fans, and they always gave the fans what they asked for and the fans will never forget that. Dixie has a history with four of the guys up here and she has a lot of respect for them and thanks them for setting the bar high. Foley says it should be them thanking her because last time he was here, he got fired, and he wants to thank her for giving them another chance. Foley points out Tommy Dreamer and says he's as good an ambassador as there's ever been in this business, and hands the mic off to Tommy. Tommy says he's watched TNA since the beginning when they were in Nashville, and watched TNA grow. His friends kept telling him to quit his job and come to TNA, but he has a wife and kids and was scared to leave the security of his job. He saw many similarities between ECW and TNA: where unknowns became legends, where legends came to reinvent their career, and before Samoa Joe was dumping people on their heads, there was Taz, the Human Suplex Machine, doing it in the 90s. What Ric Flair did for Jay Lethal, Terry Funk did for him and Mick Foley. There was Francine and Beulah, and he when Dixie invited him to Slammiversary, he got to see what TNA did for passion, for the love of the business, and what they do for each and every one of the fans. Tommy has to thank Dixie for reigniting his passion, because at One Night Stand, he got his closure...and then they brought it back, and he had to witness his friends get fired, get destroyed, and all for what...(silence from the crowd)...Tommy says exactly. It bothered him so much that he had to quit his job at 38 years old because he couldn't stomach watching what they did with that company. Everyone else in the ring would talk to him, and Foley showed him all the similarities between what happened and they put this plan together, and only one person could make it happen: Dixie Carter. It's not about an ECW invasion or them taking over, it's about men and women who lost their jobs, it's for the fans who chant it and the friends who lived it, so their legacy is not destroyed, and he begs Dixie for one night to show what they can do so their legacy is not destroyed forever. Dixie says that if everyone wants to do this, then we'll do it...with one stipulation: Tommy and his people plan it and do it the right way, it's got to be real and nothing that has to do with TNA. Sabu chant starts as Tommy tells the Impact Zone that we're going EXTREME.

2010 - Ring of Honor debuted in Louisville, Kentucky at the Davis Arena.  Adam Parker filed the following TV report:

The meet and greet with the wrestlers just ended. Jim Cornette is still signing. This place is pretty full, might be close to a sellout.

Looks like they are using the OVW ring with just an ROH mat.

They've got three cameras out to probably film the matches for a future DVD or online video.

Local wrestling personality Timmy Baltimore is in attendance.

Cornette is out saying how happy he is to see almost every seat full. He's glad to bring ROH here finally as it took a while and there was a lot of paperwork. He asked how many people are seeing their first ROH show and most of the crowd responded. He put over OVW and told people to come out and support OVW and watch it on our local TV affiliate.

The first match is an OVW match.

About the only thing that is finger licking good is a double. He then puts over how great the All Night Express is and says the opponents are nobodies, nothing.... Truth grabs the mic and says the good book says it's time for a change as all 6 men start to brawl. Strong gets the win for his team.

Claudio Castagnoli vs. Tyler Black in a non-title match with a 60 minute time limit is up next. Black won in what was the match of the night thus far.

Cornette comes out to hype the main event, the Wolfs vs. the Bricks. He says the turnout was so great that as soon as ROH is able and available they will be returning to Kentucky. He puts over OVW, when it tapes and says interesting things are coming to OVW.

2011 - We are live on tape from Minneapolis, Minnesota and your announcers are Michael ‘Can we go to the Mall of America’ Cole, Josh ‘Is the Metrodome fixed yet’ Mathews and Booker ‘When does the North Stars game start’ T.

We begin with Randy Orton sitting on a chair in the middle of the ring. Randy tells everyone that his name is Randy Orton and he knows that a lot is going on in the WWE. There is no WWE Champion. Vince McMahon has lost his power. Triple H has taken over. The one thing that is not going anywhere is this show until Orton deals with some unfinished business with Christian.

We see photos from Sunday night showing Christian spitting in Orton’s face and Orton’s low kick that cost him the title followed by a photo of one of the RKOs on the announce table.

Christian comes out and he proudly holds the World Heavyweight Title belt. Christian apologizes because he wasn’t sure about the unfinished business.

Orton says that as long as Christian is breathing, it means that there is unfinished business.

Christian says that Orton is being really professional and then he suggests that Orton’s unfinished business is with himself. Then Christian asks Orton about the voices in his head. He says that maybe Orton’s inability to control his anger is the reason why Orton doesn’t have the title.

Orton blames Christian for standing behind his team of lawyers while hiding from Orton.

Christian wonders why Orton has to attack Christian for using his superior intellect and assets. Each of them knew the rules of the match and Orton decided to break the rules.

Orton reminds Christian that he spit in his face.

Christian says that he did not mean to do that but it was the heat of the match. Christian says that he never should have lost the title in the first place so he suggests that they call it justice. Christian talks about how he had to deal with the incompetence of Teddy Long, the referees, and unseen forces that protect Orton. Despite all that, he is back on top and he is a two time World Heavyweight Champion. He tells Orton that he could come out and throw himself a big celebration but he does not want to. Christian says that he is not going to talk to these losers. They are the same people who turned their back to him and supported Orton.

Orton interrupts and says that these are the same people who are going to see him beat Christian because he wants his rematch tonight.

Christian tells Orton that he won’t get his rematch tonight because they don’t just grow on trees. He tells Orton that nobody likes a whiner. He tells Orton to get to the back of the line and then Christian says that he is going to talk to his lawyers.

Orton tells Christian that he doesn’t have to talk to his lawyers because they are going to settle it now.

Orton makes his way up the ramp but Teddy Long’s music plays and referees stop Orton.

Teddy says that he is not going to lose control of the situation before the show starts. He tells Orton that he will get his rematch, but he already signed for a match with Kane tonight. He wants Orton to walk away as the bigger man. Orton looks for the inner viper while Teddy talks to him and Orton walks towards the back, but he makes a bee line for Christian and he takes him down. Orton and Christian are separated by security and Christian yells at Teddy.

Teddy tells Christian to stop yelling at him. He tells Christian to go to the ring because if Orton can face Kane in a street fight tonight, Christian can face the Intercontinental Champion Ezekiel Jackson.

Christian continues to argue with Teddy while the announcers discuss the situation.

We are back and Michael Cole is in the ring. He brings out the man who won the Smackdown Money in the Bank Match (and bane of his existence in Season One of NXT) Daniel Bryan.

Bryan comes to the ring with the magical blue briefcase and a mic. Cole wants to cut to the chase and he says that the win on Sunday was a fluke. Bryan tells Cole that he has buried him from the moment he set foot in the company and Cole’s opinion means absolutely nothing to him. Cole says that Daniel walks around the back like a goody two shoes but when push comes to shove, when the champion is laid out and vulnerable in the ring, Bryan is going to take the easy way out and cash in the contract and try to become the World Champion. Cole says that Bryan will never deserve to be World Champion.

Bryan focuses on the word deserve. He says that Cole did not deserve to be in one of the marquee matches at Wrestlemania. The only thing that Cole deserved was to be booed out of the building by 70,000 people. Bryan says that nobody deserves anything. They have to earn it and that is what he has done for twelve years around the world. He has a suffered a detached retina and can barely see out of his left eye. He has been kicked in the head so many times he cannot hear out of his left ear. He mentions that his mother begged him to quit because of the injuries he has suffered. Bryan says that he has never complained because his dream was to be a WWE Champion.

On Sunday, he scratched, crawled, and climbed over seven other men to get the briefcase. He says that no matter how many times Michael Cole calls him a nerd, he earned it. Bryan says that if he is going to be World Champion, he does not want it to be a fluke. The winner of the briefcase can cash it in at any time and any place. He is going to be the first Money in the Bank winner to say exactly the time and place it is going to happen. He says that it will happen on April 1, 2012 in Miami, Florida. Daniel says that he thinks the fans can connect the dots. Bryan says that he is going to live his dream. He is going to cash it in at the main event of Wrestlemania 28.

Heath Slater comes out and he says that only Daniel Bryan would chose the grandest stage of them all to achieve his greatest failure when he becomes the first man to cash in the Money in the Bank contract and lose. He says it is because Bryan is a loser. He says that Bryan was a loser on NXT season one. He was a loser in Nexus and that is why he was kicked out. He says that Bryan will be a loser tonight courtesy of the One Man Rock Band.
