WWE filed a motion with the United States District Court in Texas on 7/13, requesting that the lawsuit brought against them by Michelle James, representing the children of the late Matt "Doink the Clown" Osbourne be transferred to Connecticut. On 7/14, they filed a motion for an extension to respond to the claims brought against them, obviously not wanting to spend the time writing a response until the ruling is made on whether the case should go to CT. Every other lawsuit brought against them thus far has been sent to CT, where WWE is headquartered, as WWE's contracts stipulate that is where any legal issues would be heard.
