NXT TO MAKE NEW YORK CITY DEBUT IN A BIG WAY

Triple H announced today on Twitter that NXT will make its New York City debut on Saturday August 22, 2015 at the Barclays Center, the same venue that has hosted Raw and will host Summerslam on 8/23. It is by far the biggest venue NXT has ever run.

The event is being dubbed "WWE NXT Takeover: Brooklyn" and will be broadcast on the WWE Network as the seventh NXT live special. It will be the first Takeover special to take place outside of Full Sail University.

Tickets will go on sale Saturday 7/18. With the announcement of this show, WWE will be running three nights in a row at the Barclays Center with SummerSlam on the 23rd and Raw on the 24th.
