West, a cult star for his on screen hosting of Shop At Home (to the point he was portrayed by Will Ferrell in a SNL parody) joined TNA as an announcer when the company launched in June 2002. At times, he also worked as a manager and behind the scenes, was named the company's Sales Manager for merchandise and headed up that end for TNA. He was a tremendous boon for the company when it came to pushing merchandise and special premium priced signings at live events and at pushing merchandise on the TNA website.
West left TNA in 2012 after accepting a position as the director of sales and marketing for Wenatchee, Washington's Wenatchee Wild ice hockey team.
The Instagram photo promised additional details would be announced tomorrow.
GFW is currently running a tour of minor league baseball stadiums in advance of their first TV taping on 7/24 in Las Vegas.
