ANOTHER TNA CONFERENCE CALL, ARIES UPDATE, IMPACT PREVIEW AND MORE

There was another TNA conference call with talent yesterday, described to me as a brainstorming session for ways the company can better connect with the audience and raise their profile. Social media was brought up most prominently I was told. That's a hard question to answer as there's going to be a segment of fans who have written TNA off and won't give them a chance and it will take years of a good product to get those fans to change their minds. It can be done but it's going to be quite the undertaking.

One source has claimed Austin Aries' current deal expires the day after TNA Slammiversary.

The Rockstar Spud media jaunt that was canceled last week was rescheduled for today.

The Fight Network will be picking up TNA'S Greatest Matches and airing the series starting tomorrow as a lead-in to Impact Wrestling as the TNA flagship series will move to Wednesdays at 9 PM to match where the series will air on Destination America.

Set for tomorrow's episode of Impact Wrestling:

*Rockstar Spud decides if he will turn in his X-Division championship for a TNA title shot.
*Lashley vs. Eric Young.
*The Wolves vs. Austin Aries & Bobby Roode in the third of their best of 5 series for the vacant TNA Tag Team titles.
*Jade vs. Brooke Tessmacher.
*The BDC vs. The Rising.
