BIG WEEK FOR ROH, NEW MATCH ADDED TO BEST IN THE WORLD PPV, JR AND MORE NEWS

Obviously, this week is a big one for Ring of Honor as they will debut on Destination America this Wednesday 6/3 at 8 PM. The company should really be commended for hiding the information until the Network revealed it. We've been asked this a lot, so I want to mention it again - the show airing on the cable network has no bearing on the series that airs on Sinclair Broadcasting affiliates. Sinclair gets the first airing of the show and that's not going to change. Is it possible the DA airing could lead to a new, exclusive show, live specials, etc.? Of course, but it's way too early to even consider such things.

The debut DA episode will feature:

*ROH champion Jay Briscoe & Mark Briscoe vs. J Diesel and Donovan Dijak (with Truth Martini and Jay Lethal)
*KUSHIDA vs. Will Ferrara

*Silas Young vs. Watanabe *Moose vs. Colby Corino.
*Also appearing are ROH Tag Team champions The Addiction, Mandy Leone, Veda Scott, BJ Whitmer and more.

Added to the 6/19 ROH Best in the World PPV is ACH & Matt Sydal vs. Adam Page and BJ Whitmer.

The shows in Amarillo and Oklahoma were said to have been really good. The DA announcement has really energized the roster, who, based on those I've spoken to, see this as their home run to hit.

Oklahoma City drew in the 850-950 range and was a complete sellout. WWE Hall of Famer Jim Ross was in attendance and very complimentary of the company while interacting with the roster.

ROH has two live events this weekend. On Friday, they return to The Gateway Center in Collinsville, IL, featuring:

*ROH champion Jay Briscoe & Roderick Strong vs. Michael Elgin & Moose.
*ROH Tag Team champions The Addiction vs. Matt Sydal & Delirious
*ROH TV champion Jay Lethal with Truth Martini vs. Raymond Rowe.
*Matt Taven with Maria Kanellis vs. Hanson.
*Michael Bennett with Maria Kanellis vs Dalton Castle.
*Adam Page with BJ Whitmer vs. Mark Briscoe
*Silas Young vs. Cheeseburger.

If Sydal and Delirious seems like a weird tag team, the two are very close friends, so it appears they are going to team here to have some fun working together.

On 6/6, as irony has it, they are running Nashville, TN at the Fairgrounds (former TNA Asylum) featuring:

*ROH Tag Team Champions The Addiction vs. War Machine vs. ROH champion Jay Briscoe & Mark Briscoe.
*Michael Elgin vs. Matt Sydal
*ODB returns to Nashville.
*Roderick Strong vs. Dalton Castle.
*Moose vs. BJ Whitmer vs. Cheeseburger vs. Silas Young.
*Adam Page vs. Will Ferrara
