If and when they decide to present the divas on the main roster as serious, strong athletes, the first order of business should be ditching the pink butterfly belt in favour of a more traditional looking belt.  What would be your ideal scenario to accomplish this?  And would you rename it the Women's championship, or let it remain known as the Diva's championship>

Divas is what they brand their women as. I don’t have an issue with that. The belt does need to go. I agree. I think the best thing they could do is have a Charlotte or Sasha Banks come in, win the Title and then debut their own belt, one that represents the change they are bringing to the division. And by working their more intense style, the message to the current Divas is that they need to up their games to compete.

I saw on Smackdown The New Day attempt to help out The Authority. I understand they are heels, but they are getting heat without The Authority. If Kane wants a group to do dirty work for them why not put over a different tag team who are doing little such as Prime Time Players rather than resort to a team who are getting a surprising amount of reaction for a team in a largely irrelevant division? Previous power groups such as The Corporation, McMahon-Helmsley and La Familia all used active roster tag teams to help them.

I agree with you. Plus, it goes against New Day’s gimmick of being heels but acting like babyfaces. I think that was the wrong call as well.

Call me crazy, but does this sound like a great idea if Taker wants to go one more Mania: Balor vs Taker?

Ok, since you asked, you're crazy. As for your scenario, it would all depend on how it was put together.

Like him or hate him, John Cena has totally revitalized the US championship.  He is not only having very good matches with a different guy each week, but he's making them look stronger in defeat.  All with a very simple storyline that puts importance on the US title.  There's also the added bonus of keeping him out of the heavyweight title picture, but I digress.  My question is, if Daniel Bryan wasn't injured, was the original plan for the intercontinental title similar to the open challenges that Cena is doing?  It seems redundant to have the same open challenge concept for both titles at the same time, but Bryan as the fighting champion taking on all comers would have done wonders for the IC title as well.

The plan was definitely for Bryan to use his status to elevate the IC Title, yes. I never heard he would have been doing open challenges though. That would have been redundant, as you said.

Is there any chance that seeing his friend Samoa Joe have success in NXT tempt AJ Styles to sign, assuming Triple H is willing to do business?  Even at this point in his career, Styles has a LOT to offer NXT, and we've seen HHH be willing to sign long time veterans of the indy/ROH/TNA circuit.

There has been talk for the last week or so that WWE is open to bring AJ Styles in. Things have changed in developmental since the last time the sides talked, and Styles was offered the entry level deal. Back then, the money was too low and Styles did not want to go to learn the WWE way, so he turned them down. Now, with WWE’s ultimate goal being to have NXT become a legitimate touring brand, bringing in guys like Joe, Styles and other top independent draws as headliners will be important going forward. They sell tickets to the hardcore fans. So, WWE is more willing to sign talents, for more money, knowing that they might not be a fit for the main WWE roster. That gives said talents more options.
