SAMI ZAYN UPDATE

WWE NXT star Sami Zayn is in Birmingham, Alabama today, likely for surgery on his rotator cuff, which he injured yet again during his Raw match against John Cena on Raw several weeks back.

Zayn was written out of the WWE NXT storylines at the Takeover: Unstoppable event, having been injured by NXT champion Kevin Owens.

We are told the injury is actually something that has been haunting Zayn since before he signed his WWE deal.
