WHY WWE DESERVES A PIECE OF THE TALENT’S ACTIONS, PUSHING BRYAN TO APPEASE THE FANS, ATTITUDE ERA VS. TODAY AND MORE

My question is do you believe by putting the IC title on Bryan that they are finally trying to elevate the belt as a valued secondary prize, or simply trying to appease fans by putting the title on him after he didn't main event Wrestlemania. Keep up the good work guys!

I hope it’s a mix of both (provided Bryan can keep wrestling - I am typing this on Sunday). Putting the secondary titles on Bryan and John Cena is a good idea in theory. If they back it up with good execution and use it to elevate new talent down the road, it’s a great idea. Also, Bryan getting hurt on the European tour is telling. WWE was leery of his health and it is already an issue.

With Paige heading off to do "Santa's Little Helper," what possibility is there that the WWE doesn't announce an opponent for Nikki Bella, and Charlotte ends up as the surprise opponent for the Divas Championship? If not Charlotte, could Brie Bella be next in line?

As I type this on Sunday, I can say that would be cool, especially if Charlotte beat Nikki at the PPV next weekend.

Watching an Attitude Era Raw on WWE Network, and while I do find it more captivating than the current product, it is because so many guys mattered, not because of a rating. I do think WWE should loosen reigns a little more in terms of language, it should never go back to what it was. But my point is without true breathing down the neck competition to shake Vince up, a) will they force creative to dig deep to develop everyone? b) will fans ever stop looking through rose colored glasses and understand that while more entertaining, the Attitude Era had its time, and like it or not, is over? (Honestly, the level of wrestling may actually be better week to week, but that's another question)

It was definitely that more guys had clearly defined roles and characters, no doubt. That has been my complaint for years. The rating itself doesn’t preclude them from making the characters matter and look strong. Too many guys come through the curtain today and the crowd knows right away that they are undercard talents. If they were booked better, some could actually ascend up the card. As long as people remember a better booked Era, why wouldn’t they want to see something like that again today. It’s not rose colored glasses. That would be saying today’s product is as good as it was then, which just isn’t true.

When Eva is told that all her ventures must go through the WWE on a recent episode of Total Divas, is the WWE actually telling viewers that their wrestlers are independent contractors in name only?  I freelance and am only told I cannot freelance for a similar company but if I write something for a career website, I can write for a medical site. What do hair extensions have to do with the WWE?  Are they planning to release hair extensions, too?

The contracts have been vetted to make sure they are in line with the tax code, so they are legal. With that said, I think it’s fair. If WWE doesn’t push Eva and put her on TV, does she ever get a hair extension deal? Of course not. And the company will want to bill her as WWE’s Eva Marie. WWE made her, so they feel they deserve a piece of what she makes. I agree with them on that. If she ever became a megastar like The Rock did, she can then do things her own way. Also, what if she did an ad for a porn company? WWE would have a major issue with that.
