SMACKDOWN BEING TAPED TODAY, NEW WARRIOR DOCUMENTARY RELEASED, KHALI & MORE WWE NEWS

By Mike Johnson on 2015-04-14 09:29:05

WWE officially released "Always Believe", their new documentary on The Ultimate Warrior today on DVD and Blu-Ray. Based on the preview that aired last night on the WWE Network, it's an extended version of the documentary they aired during "Warrior Week" last year following his passing, which was an excellent film. The preview last night opened with Dana Warrior speaking to Warrior's fans about returning to the Smoothie King Center in New Orleans where he made his speech upon officially entering the WWE Hall of Fame and also made his last appearance on the post-Wrestlemania 30 Raw and it's pretty heart-wrenching.

WWE will tape Smackdown and Main Event tonight in London.

We are hearing from sources within WWE there's been no talk about a Great Khali return. That doesn't mean it can't happen, but it hasn't been a topic of conversation. Khali did an interview in India saying he was returning but on the WWE end, there isn't any sign of that. The Atlanta Business Chronicle did a feature on the former Uhaa Nation being signed to WWE developmental at this link.
