WWE WRESTLEMANIA 31 REPORT: WHO IS THE WWE CHAMPION?, STING VERSUS TRIPLE H, LADDER MATCH, SURPRISES, AND MORE SURPRISES

We begin with Aloe Blacc performing America the Beautiful.

We are at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California and your announcers are Michael Cole, Jerry Lawler, and John Layfield.

Match Number One:WWE Intercontinental Title Ladder Match: Wade Barrett versus Dean Ambrose versus Daniel Bryan versus Luke Harper versus Dolph Ziggler versus R Truth versus Stardust

Ziggler and Bryan work over Harper but Harper goes over the top rope when Bryan ducks. Harper sends Bryan into a ladder on the floor, but Ambrose with a suicide dive onto Harper. Barrett works over Ambrose but Truth with a flip dive. Stardust with springboard trust dive. Harper picks up Ziggler and back drops him to the floor.

Harper with a suicide dive and everyone is down. Ambrose climbs the ladder and he hits a Bombs Away elbow onto everyone. Truth brings a ladder into the ring and he sets it up. Truth looks around and he tries to summon the strength to climb but Barrett gets in and he sends Truth into the turnbuckles. Barrett hits Truth with the ladder and he knocks Ambrose off the apron.

Bryan with a missile drop kick to Barrett. Stardust hits Bryan and Bryan Irish whips Stardust into the ladder. Bryan with two drop kicks into Barrett and Stardust but Harper hits Bryan with the ladder when he goes for a third one.

Harper climbs the ladder but Bryan puts Harper in the Tree of Woe and Bryan with kicks to Harper and he hits a round kick to the head. Bryan climbs over Barrett who is also in the ladder. Ziggler stops Bryan and hits a super kick that sends Bryan to the floor.

Ziggler climbs but Ambrose stops him. Ambrose and Ziggler alternate climbing and pulling off until Barrett pushes them off. Ambrose and Ziggler clothesline Barrett to the floor. Stardust with a drop kick to the ladder to send Truth, Ambrose, and Ziggler to the mat. Stardust slams the side of the ladder onto Ambrose. Stardust with a dragon screw leg whip to Ziggler in the ropes.

Stardust throws the ladder at Harper on the floor. Stardust goes to the floor and he gets a Sparkling Ladder from under the ring but Barrett hits Stardust and he breaks the ladder. Barrett hits Stardust with one of the rungs.

Ambrose comes off the steps and he punches Barrett and Irish whips him into the sparkle ladder. Ambrose throws a ladder into the ring. A ladder is set up on the apron and ringside barrier. Harper and Ambrose throw the ladders at each other and Ambrose with punches and chops. Harper with a boot to a charging Ambrose.

Harper gets Ziggler up for a suplex but gets him to the mat and hits an uppercut. Harper uses a ladder to slingshot Ziggler into the middle rope. Harper puts a ladder on the top turnbuckle and Ambrose comes off the turnbuckles and he hot shots Ambrose onto the ladder on the turnbuckles. Harper puts the ladder on his head for the Terry Funk whirly bird spot. Truth with a drop toe hold and scissors kick to Harper on the ladder.

Truth sends a smaller ladder to the floor and he picks up a bigger one. Truth sets it up but it is not under the belt. Barrett with a back heel kick and he sends Truth into the ring post. Stardust and Barrett climb the ladder and Barrett with a superplex off the ladder and both men are down.

Bryan and Ziggler climb the ladder and Ambrose joins in. They exchange punches while Bryan and Ziggler grab the belt. Ambrose is knocked off and he pushes the ladder over and Ziggler and Bryan fall to the mat. Ambrose climbs the ladder but Harper stops him and he punches Ambrose. Ambrose bounces off the ropes and hits a clothesline. Ambrose climbs the ladder but Harper gets Ambrose set up for a power bomb and he sends Ambrose through the ladder between the apron and ringside barrier.

Ziggler with a sleeper to Harper but Harper climbs the ladder with Ziggler on his back. Harper gets his hand on the title belt and Harper starts to lose consciousness and he falls to the mat and Ziggler lands hard as well.

The medical staff checks on Ambrose at ringside while Ziggler climbs the ladder. Barrett stops Ziggler and pulls him off and hits the BullHammer. Barrett hits Stardust with the BullHammer. Truth climbs the ladder and Barrett BullHammers Truth off.

Bryan knocks Barrett off and Ziggler and Barrett stop him. Barrett pushes the ladder over and he tries to BullHammer Bryan but Bryan ducks and he hits the flying knee. Bryan sets up the ladder and he climbs it. Ziggler comes back in and they exchange punches. Bryan punches Ziggler while Ziggler has a hand on the belt.

They go punch for punch and Ziggler with a head butt. Bryan with a head butt of his own. They go back and forth with head butts. It is two mountain lions on the top of the ladder and Ziggler falls off. Daniel Bryan grabs the belt.

Winner: Daniel Bryan

After the match, Bryan celebrates on top of the ladder and the people in Santa Clara chant ‘YES’.

Match Number Two: Seth Rollins (with Joey Mercury and Jamie Noble) versus Randy Orton

They lock up and Orton with a side head lock but Rollins with a side head lock of his own. Rollins with a shoulder tackle. Rollins does a back flip when Orton does not come into a drop kick and then Orton with a drop kick and Rollins goes to the floor to avoid an RKO. Rollins goes to the apron when Orton gets back into the ring and Rollins drops him on the top rope.

Rollins kicks Orton in the corner while Noble gives him advice and Joey points at stuff. Orton sends Rollins to the mat and then he connects with European uppercuts. Orton climbs the turnbuckles and he punches Rollins but Rollins hits a Buckle Bomb but you don’t send Orton into the turnbuckles and he hits a clothesline. Orton sets for the RKO but Mercury and Noble get to the apron and he stops them. Orton with a double IEDDT from the apron to Noble and Mercury.

Rollins with a suicide dive that sends Orton into one of the many announce tables at ringside. Rollins rolls Orton back in and gets a near fall. Rollins kicks Orton and chokes him in the corner. Rollins with a suplex and he gets a near fall. Rollins with a reverse chin lock. Orton gets to his feet and he head butts Rollins and punches him. Rollins with a kick. Orton with an Irish whip but Rollins with a flatliner into the turnbuckles.

Rollins with a running forearm into the corner. Rollins says something to Orton and he punches Orton in the midsection. Rollins gets sent to the apron by Orton and Rollins goes for a springboard move but Orton moves. Orton with two clotheslines and he ducks one from Rollins. Rollins holds on to the ropes because he knows a power slam is coming. Rollins misses a curb stomp and Orton with a power slam. Orton with European uppercuts in the corner.

Orton blocks being sent into the turnbuckles again and he hits an Exploder that sends Rollins to the apron. Rollins avoids an IEDDT and he sends Orton to the apron and hits an enzuigiri that sends Orton to the floor. Rollins with an Asai Moonsault onto Orton. Rollins sends Orton back into the ring and Rollins goes up top. Rollins is crotched by Orton and Orton goes for a superplex.

Rollins stops Orton and he connects with forearms and then does a sunset flip into a Buckle Bomb but Orton holds on to the turnbuckles and it becomes a back drop. Orton with a cross body but Rollins rolls through for a near fall. Orton sends Rollins to the apron and he hits the IEDDT. Orton looks around and he wants to get a better tan so he twists to the mat for the RKO

Rollins with a rollup for a near fall. Rollins with a super kick and Orton avoids an Asai DDT. Orton with an RKO for a near fall. Orton wonders what just happened and he backs up for his 49ers tryout and a field goal kick but Mercury and Noble get in the way. Noble falls victim to the RKO and so does Mercury.

Orton with Black Out for a near fall. Rollins crawls to the ropes to figure out what to do next. Rollins goes up top for the Phoenix Splash but Orton moves. Rollins avoids the RKO and he hits a back heel kick. Rollins goes for a super duper Black Out but while he goes into the air, Orton with an RKO for the three count.

Winner: Randy Orton
