Jimmy Jacobs officially finished up with ROH last night to head to his WWE creative job. They actually booked his old "girlfriend" Lacey to return so that the two could, literally, exit together to close out his storyline. That is pretty damn awesome.
Backstage visiting at ROH were Seth Rollins and MVP.
New Japan's Tiger Hatori was also in attendance. I would assume that Hatori would be sitting down with ROH braintrust to work out who was coming for the May New Japan-ROH combined shows. Hopefully we will hear some news soon.
ACH was at the WWE NXT show last night in the crowd. He must have left ROH early because he was at NXT way before the ROH show had ended.
ROH will return to Chicago on 9/12.
The next ROH live event will be 4/4 in San Antonio, Texas, headlined by Alberto El Patrón & ACH & Matt Sydal vs. The Briscoes & Roderick Strong and War Machine (Hanson & Ray Rowe) vs Killer Elite Squad (Lance Hoyt & Davey Boy Smith Jr).
