INDUCTING MADUSA, DIVAS AT WRESTLEMANIA, NXT TAPING TV IN CALI? AND MORE

By Mike Johnson on 2015-03-21 10:00:00
Do you think that NXT will tape shows @ san Jose. I know it would look good to show NXT in a building with over 5,000 fan but on the other hand there plate will so full already that I can see why WWE may pass on the idea. What do you think??

I would be shocked if NXT didn't at least film the material for use online or on the WWE Network. I don't know they are going to do a full blown television taping, however.

did not watch any of either year of British Bootcamp. But I have a question looking at thge winners. Spud won the first year, and though he is a small guy who is not going to be a serious challenge to the world title, he does have a bunch of personality. I can see why he would have won and can use that personality as he has to be an undercard guy with some comedy and good matches with other smaller guys. But then you have Andrews win this year. He is another small skinny guy who is never gonna be a threat for a world title. And, as of yet, he hasn't shown much personality either. What is the deal? Were there not any bigger, more impressive guys (and no I don't mean roided up guys like Vince likes, but more in the Bobby Roode mode)? Were the other competitors that poor in skills? Are were the judges more into the high flying stuff that, while impressive, is not going to sell you that these guys can beat the bigger guys?

You have to remember that British Bootcamp was a worked reality series, so they were pushing the drama and the stories as much as the in-ring talents for the winners. At the end of the day, Spud has proven to be a viable character for the company. We'll see whether Mandrews (who I hope gets a new name) clicks down the line as well.

So there's no divas title match at Wrestlemania but why?? I mean every title should be on the line at the grandest stage of all , then why not divas championship!! What they are thinking??

They are thinking that a tag match with the four top women in the company would be a better attraction. In this case, they are right.

Where did Jojo go?

Nowhere. While she is not featured on Total Divas anymore, she is still training down at the WWE Performance Center and working as a ring announcer for the NXT brand.

Who do you think should induct Madusa into the WWE Hall of Fame?

If it was up to me, I would have Paul Heyman induct her. He worked extensively with her when she was part of the Dangerous Alliance in WCW and I bet Paul would have some really great stories to tell. My guess is he may not be interested as it might break him out from his current persona, but to me, it's the perfect match.
