Former WWE champion turned UFC fighter CM Punk took part in his first MMA scrimmage yesterday at the Roufusport Mixed Martial Arts Academy in Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Punk's coach Duke Roufus posted the following photo and comments on Instagram:
