Now that the main event for Wrestlemania is set. Do you think the WWE will try to get the rock involved somehow seeing how Brock beat The Rock at Summerslam 2002 for his first title.  They did use him to try to put the rub on Roman the Rumble.

And it didn’t work out well at the Rumble! I think it would be a mistake to have Rock do anything other that have him congratulate Roman after the match, if he wins. Roman needs to step up and make his name on his own here. I think he can do it.

Enjoy the site. Some of my favorite wrestlers have left their promotions recently. I always wonder where they can make the most money. Is it always WWE or can they sometimes do better as independents?

The vast majority of guys do better in WWE. There are guys like AJ Styles, Matt Hardy, The Young Bucks, etc. that can make very good money on the indies, but in most cases the talents do better in WWE.

Why did WWE not go with Sting vs. Undertaker? I thought with them both being in WWE now, it would make the most sense?

They felt have HHH wrestle Sting would make for the better match and I agree. Taker is near fifty and it’s in Sting’s rear view mirror. Taker is coming off of last year’s concussion. H is in great shape and can be in a position to dictate how the match goes, which should make this a much better bout.

If Goldust and Stardust are going to have a match at Wrestlemania, what do you think of adding a career vs gimmick stipulation?  If Stardust wins, Goldust retires, and if Goldust wins, Cody has to give up the Stardust character.  Then at Wrestlemania, Goldust loses, Dusty comes out, and the whole family can have a really special moment at Wrestlemania.  This would give Dustin the perfect way to transition off the active roster while allowing Cody to run with the Stardust character a little while longer.

I would be surprised if Goldust doesn’t put his career on the line. Him doing so to get Cody to be Cody again would make perfect sense.

Are there any plans in WWE to posthumously induct Rick Rude into the Hall of Fame?

If there are, I haven’t heard them. He is deserving though and given his work in Texas, next year in Dallas would make a lot of sense.
