We go to the Kickoff Show table with Renee Young, Alex Riley, Booker T, and Paul Heyman.
Paul refuses to talk about any conversations with Brock Lesnar, but he says that he will talk about what he thinks about the Cena/Lesnar match. Paul says that John proved that he is the greatest WWE Champion with the exception of one man, Brock Lesnar. He says that he was not surprised that John Cena won against the future of the WWE.
That is why John has been on top for ten years while Austin was on top for three years. Rock was on top for three years.
We see Dean Ambrose getting out of the ring.
Renee sends it to John, Michael, and Jerry. Cole says that Dean Ambrose was destroying the monitor that exploded in his face.
We take a look at the controversial finish of the John Cena and Seth Rollins match that led to the referee restarting the match.
We see Big Show’s attempt to cost John Cena in the Tables Match, only to be thwarted by Roman Reigns.
Michael reminds us that Roman Reigns announced that he was going to be in the Royal Rumble.
Renee asks Booker about the Cena/Lesnar match at Royal Rumble. Booker says that Cena should have won the last time they wrestled. He calls Cena a throwback like Bruno Sammartino. Alex wonders if Cena will be the same going into the Royal Rumble because he has seven weeks (sic) to get ready for the Royal Rumble.
Booker says that if anyone can get it done, it will be John Cena.
Renee reminds everyone it is six weeks to get ready while Brock has six week to prepare.
