Are we waiting on why Luke Harper threw my man Ziggler at The Authority's feet for this Monday..or did I miss something?

He was showing that he could be the fifth man on Team Authority for the Survivor Series.

Where and when do Mike Tenay and Tazz do their Impact commentaries? There's no sign of them at ringside, and although the programs were filmed months ago, they seem up to date on things like Lashley's MMA activities.

They post produce the shows after they are shot, at least until this Wednesday when TNA runs out of new material.

If AJ Styles signed with WWE to a developmental/NXT contract years ago, do you think he'd be a main eventer by now?  One can only look at a guy like Daniel Bryan and wonder what if with AJ.

I say no. Don’t forget that WWE only pushed Bryan to the top of the card because the fans got behind him and demanded it. Bryan was set to wrestle Sheamus at WrestleMania until the fans started taking over broadcasts and forced Vince McMahon to change his plans. He got an organic reaction. It would have taken the same thing for AJ to go to the top of the card in WWE and it’s not something that happens that often. It is no indictment on AJ either. He is great.

Why doesn't Vince use this period of having a part time WWE title holder to use the IC title in main event positions on tv?  It would be a win-win as it would allow for a title presence on Raw and Smackdown (something that is lacking right now), as well as elevate the guys in the title hunt.  Is it because he just doesn't care as much about the IC title anymore?

I agree with you, with the World Title out of the picture it would make sense to push the IC belt more. But in WWE, it’s now a secondary title and has been booked that way for a while now. It could be rebuilt for sure, but it would take a conscious effort by WWE for it to happen.

I have read that WWE is wanting Roman Reigns to develop a more rounded character- I wonder if WWE would benefit in considering writing a role for him.  Personally, the times he jumped off the screen were not only his matches but when he would interact with different people, for instance referring to Renee Young as "baby girl" and also when he had his Piper's Pit segment with Roddy Piper.  I'm not suggesting that writing should bandaid any deficit of character for Roman Reigns, but what would you think of Reigns almost being written as a action/adventure movie star in the line of Brandon Fraser's character in the Mummy or Indiana Jones for example.  Almost to where he has the role of a babyface that feels compelled to protect other people as well as winning his matches.  What are your thoughts on how Roman Reigns can transition to that next level?

I don’t like it because I think one of the reason guys don’t get over is because they are too often booked as characters at the expense of being actual people. I liked when he called Renee that too because it showed some humanity. I think acting lessons make sense, to help show him how to deliver lines, but I don’t like the idea of making him an over the top character. I think being real would work much better for him.
