WWE announced tonight that they have "chosen to not exercise its option to renew ring announcer Justin Roberts' contract. Effective immediately, Roberts is released from WWE."
They also wished "him the best in all his future endeavors."
This one kind of surprises me. He has been said to be a good soldier and company man.
