Among wrestlers that we've spoken to, there was some sadness as Dinsmore was considered a good trainer and was well liked by the developmental talents. There were a few who voiced a theory that Dinsmore ended up on the wrong side of someone politically and that led to his departure.
Matt Martlaro, who worked as an on-air personality when WWE developmental was branded as Florida Championship Wrestling and worked behind the scenes in NXT, was also let go by WWE TV.
There was a lot of surprise over his firing as well as he was considered a hard workers and among the wrestlers, was seen as a "Triple H guy". Unlike Dinsmore, very few people I spoke to had a lot of sympathy for Martarlo, however, as he was considered "abrasive" in his dealings with the talent and was not popular among wrestlers for the way he was said to treat them. That said, he was considered someone who was on point with his duties.
