THE JUSTIN BIEBER-WWE STUDIOS MOVIE RUMOR: WHAT THE REAL DEAL IS

A number of pop culture and gossip websites have reported that music star Justin Bieber has a role in the currently shooting WWE Studios film "Celebrity Death Pool." That is technically correct, although reports placing Bieber in a major role as a star in the film are absolutely incorrect.

PWInsider.com has confirmed that Bieber shot a small cameo for what is designed to be a "quick but bizarre" post-credits scene, but beyond that, he is not involved in the film.

The film, which will complete filming this week, is also being produced by Warren Zide, who also did the American Pie series. The film is being shot with the idea of getting an "R" rating in the vein of films like "Pineapple Express".

"Celebrity Death Pool" will star Ken Jeong, Jim Jefferies, Rhys Darby, Jon Lovitz, David Hasselhoff and Colton Dunn, a writer/producer on "The Key & Peele Show." Hulk Hogan also filmed a small role for the film.
