TNA published an article on their website noting that Josh Mathews was at their Nashville HQ yesterday, then yanked it. Mathews is likely under a WWE non-compete right now after being let go by the company as part of their cost-cutting measures. He goes back to the earliest days of his career with John Gaburick.
After the PA tapings last week, the company has now filmed up to the middle of November for Impact Wrestling episodes. Has anyone ever been that ahead of their TV storylines ever? The only one I can think of is WCW taping months of WCW Worldwide over a week in the early-1990s, but even that wasn't all of their TV production.
Matt Hardy, who worked the Impact tapings last week with a broken toe, turned 40 today. Happy birthday Matt!
