UPDATE ON WWE LAWSUIT OVER WCW THEME SONGS

The lawsuit brought by song composer James Papa against WWE was finally officially settled on Friday 7/25. The U.S. District Court, Northern District of Texas is requiring all parties to file their agreement with the court by 8/29 so the lawsuit can be officially closed, so sometime this week, the case will officially end.

Papa will be releasing a documentary about the creation of the "Badstreet USA" theme song for the Fabulous Freebirds later this year.
