Raymond Rowe of War Machine had surgery over the weekend to repair his broken arm. The damage was far worse than expected as what was scheduled to be a two hour surgery actually took six. No word yet on what that means for his recovery, but it was expected to be many, many months before he returned.
With Death Before Dishonor weekend in the books, next for the promotion is the 9/6 All Star Extravaganza iPPV from Toronto, Ontario which features TNA champion Michael Elgin vs Jay Briscoe, a Best 2 out of 3 falls for the ROH World Tag Team Championship with reDRagon (Bobby Fish & Kyle O'Reilly) defending against The Young Bucks (Nick & Matt Jackson), AJ Styles vs Adam Cole, and Christopher Daniels & Frankie Kazarian vs. Roderick Strong & Jimmy Jacobs on top.
You really owe it to yourself to go well out of your way to watch the Jay Lethal vs. ACH match on the latest edition of ROH TV for the TV title. Lethal is just firing on all cylinders as a heel and ACH is just tremendous as an athletic high flyer, probably one of the best to come along since Rob Van Dam came into prominence.
The Field of Honor event is now available for VOD orders at the ROH website. If you watch the show, be sure to check out what I believe was Matt Taven's best performance in the company yet vs. Jay Lethal.
If you are planning to attend Final Battle on 12/7 in NYC, don't delay as Terminal 5 is a far smaller venue in comparison to the Hammerstein Ballroom and it will sell out well in advance.
