MONDAY NIGHT WARS FINALLY COMING, CM PUNK BACK ON WWE TV NEXT WEEK AND MORE NEWS

The WWE Network will finally unveil their long-awaited series on the WCW vs. WWF Monday Night Wars of the 1990s this Monday at 11 PM Eastern with a preview episode of "The Monday Night War." The plan is to push the episode on Raw this Monday and air it instead of the usual Raw Backstage Pass, which will be the first time that series has skipped an episide since the Network launched in February. The preview for the episode reads, "Media mogul Ted Turner launches WCW Monday Nitro in direct competition against Vince McMahon and WWE's Monday Night Raw."

Next week's Wrestlemania Rewind episode will be devoted to CM Punk's back to back Money in the Bank victories. Those same victories were ignored in WWE's video build to this year's MITB PPV, showcasing different statistics about the match and the cash-ins.

The WWE Countdown will count down "Ten Thunderous Returns" next week.

As we noted, Saturday Night's Main Event is slated to be added to the Vault section of the WWE Network next week as well.
