MVP has turned heel already? Wasn’t he supposed to be a face and "help" the company?

You not supposed to remember that. It was sooooooo one month ago. That is the TNA way, unfortunately.

I have been listening to a lot of the podcasts hosted by former wrestling personalities. They usually have wrestlers or managers or promoters as their guests. My question; do you think they are going to be the end of shoot interviews? As for myself, I have no intention of paying to listen to something I can get for free on a podcast. Your thoughts?

I don't think it will kill shoot interviews. After all, if it's a guy people want to hear from and he doesn't have a podcast, the option isn't there. Also on podcasts, you don't have great interviewers like Kayfabe Commentaries' Sean Oliver asking hard questions and digging. So the shoots will have their place. But, much like when there is enough free wrestling for some people that keeps them from buying PPVs, podcasts will have some affect on shoots.

Hello, I don’t know if the WWE has any specific merits to determine who goes into their HOF or not but I am wondering if someone who held what is now recognized as the World Heavyweight Championship at one time (or most likely many times) would be considered automatically eligible to be inducted into the HOF? I realize there are many wrestlers who never won the title who are deservingly in the HOF but taking a look at the list of WWE World Heavyweight title holders shows that outside of Ivan Koloff (21 day reign) and Stan Stasiak (9 day reign), everybody else before and many after have made it into the HOF. To be fair, Koloff technically held the WWWF World Heavyweight title and Stasiak the WWWF title respectively. Then again Antonio Inoki is in the HOF but it’s not for his 6 day title reign which wasn’t officially recognized by the WWE. Looking through the list of wrestlers who have yet to be inducted, the oldest potential recipients include Randy Savage, who is a first ballot hall of famer without question; Ditto to the Undertaker. Diesel (not Kevin Nash) who will most likely get inducted. Then there is Sycho Sid who may be more of a long shot but should get in eventually. After these three you have the likes of Kane and the Rock who are no brainers and will go in. So what are your thoughts about World Heavyweight Champions? If a wrestler held it, is that alone enough merit to be inducted into the HOF?

The WWE Hall Of Fame has no real admission critera other than the company thinking tha they belong. So sure, if a guy held the top Title he is a great candidate for admission. But again, there isn't a ballot. They are chosen by WWE.

My question is regarding how the talent gets paid. Does everyone make a salary and get paid every two weeks like most of us do? Or do they get paid per appearance? Reason I ask is guys like Cena and Daniel Bryan are on TV every week so I know their checks must be lovely. But what about guys like Zach Ryder and JTG, who rarely ever make house shows, let alone Raw or Smackdown? If they don't make the card, do they still get paid?

All of the talent signs what is called a down side guarantee, which guarantees them a certain figure. Then, they can make more on various bonus that the company gives at their descretion.

With the stock pricing falling so drastically due to both the network and TV deal not meeting forecasted expectations do you see anyone looking into Stephanie McMahon for insider trading? It has to draw some scepticism that she sold massive amounts of shares at their highest point while the company was launching the network negotiating the TV deal.

Uh, no because she sold when the stock was low. That leads to...

My now that the WWE stock is way way down, it got me to thinking. There was A LOT of talk about Stephanie selling tons of stock over the past 6 months at modest levels. Do you think she did that because she knew the impending increase, and ultimate crash of the stock? It would have looked real bad if she sold at $30, then it crashed.

That is an interesting theory, and have no idea why she sold when she did. But it's funny that a few months ago I was saying that she has to be kicking herself because she missed out on huge gains selling in the ten dollar range. Now, like you said, she would seem to be better off selling when she did and not profiting from the run up. I couldn't say one way or the other why she sold when she did but she is probably very happy that she did so then.
