Even though John Cena gets a mixed reaction from the WWE Universe, they don't want to turn him heel not only because of all of the merchandise he sells but because of the Make-a-Wish Foundation as well. Now, my question is, what would you do with the John Cena character? Would you tweak his character (perhaps turn him heel?) or would you have him portray this character forever?
Right now, I think John Cena is exactly what he and WWE need him to be. Down the line, you never know. They killed the Undertaker streak, so nothing is sacred.
With the WWE losing $350 million, if you were Vince McMahon, what would you do to turn things around?
Nothing. I think WWE is on the right path, they just got a little too hopeful in statements that they made. They are rebuilding their entire company from the inside out. There will be losses with that change-over. They need not to be as hopeful publicly as they were with the TV rights.
