I have only seen a couple of the NXT shows, but I am really impressed with some of the talent. The women that I have seen on NXT are way better wrestlers than the women on the regular roster. Paige is a badass. I was impressed with Charlotte Flair. That girl can wrestle. Do you see the regular roster moving even further way from fluff wrestling to more competitive matches?
I will believe it when I see it. Emma also tore it up in NXT and look at how she has been booked since coming up to the main roster. It tells me that Triple H likes letting the women work (and learn to be fair) and Vince McMahon sees the value of divas differently.
Having watched the "Best in the World" DVD, heard interviews and read articles, it's known that CM Punk is a goal oriented guy. He wanted to be the best talker in the WWE, have the best matches, win the world title, etc. and he accomplished all of that. So when speculation started stirring that he was upset about not being able headline Wrestlemania, fans were slighted to agree with his frustration. That being said, what would've happened if he had main evented? For someone as goal oriented as Punk, wouldn't that have simply meant that he had nothing left to accomplish in the WWE causing him to leave anyways?
You never know but I would think his goal would have been to headline Mania 31....and 32.....and 33, etc.
Was Lesnar really the best person to have ended the Undertaker’s streak? Wouldn’t it have better benefited someone on the roster who is full time rather than someone signed to a limited amount of dates?
Considering it was a last day decision, once Vince McMahon decided to do it he was the only option. Is he the best guy? Well, if you had a face do it most of the crowd would hate him. So a heel makes sense. I think if they have Lesnar destroy Daniel Bryan and then have Bryan beat him at SummerSlam, it will end up being a good use of The Streak ending.
Where is Matt Morgan. Is he still in talks with WWE or moved on to other things?
He announced earlier this year that he was leaving the wrestling business to go to work for a medical sales company. He left TNA and could not come to terms with WWE on a deal. Lately, he has been tweeting about Jeff Jarrett's GFW promotion so I wouldn't be shocked to see him make a comeback there.
TNA suxs. It is disgusting how much they steal their storylines from WWE. I knew as soon as Eric Young turned around and there was no music that MVP was going to challenge him. Daniel Bryan becomes champ by fighting the boss. Eric Young becomes champ and fights the boss (even though he really is not.) I was so hoping they would have done something cool like bring back AJ Styles. Don't they get embarrassed that they cant do anything original?
They would tell you that they ARE being original so there is nothing to be embarrassed about.
