A video recap package of events from last week were shown.

They went live to the arena, where 3 Live Kru (Ron Killings, BG James and Konnan) demanded that Mike Tenay come into the ring with a microphone.  Before anything could be said, Vince Russo came out and said that he and two referees decided last week that the Styles-Killings match would continue.  Konnan said that Killings was declared the winner by the original referee, and that 3 Live Kru were being screwed. Russo said that the second referee declared Styles the winner, and that the referees decided together to restart the match.  Konnan and BG James argued with Russo on behalf of Killings, when Monty Brown interrupted. Brown claimed that they had mentioned his name (which no one had) and said he had a title (being called the "Alpha Male").  3 Live Kru and Russo seemed confused by Brown's promo. James brought things back to earth, saying Brown hasn't beaten anyone to deserve a title match. Brown, after continuing to make little sense on the mic, ended up brawling with 3 Live Kru.  Security got Brown from the ring, while 3 Live Kru went back to arguing with Russo.  Killings put his hands on Russo, but Konnan and James pulled him off.  Russo said he has been doing the right thing since he came back, and 3 Live Kru have continued to bully him.  Russo said 3 Live Kru had 30 minutes to leave the building, or he would suspend them.

Scott Hudson interviewed Raven, who said he was fed up with Vince Russo.  Raven said Russo can't stop him from hospitalizing people, and that he would do so until he wins the NWA World Title.

A interview with Frankie Kazarian aired.  He bragged about being X Division Champion and going through all the competition.  He mentioned that he would be paying attention to the Amazing Red vs. Sonjay Dutt series, which will determine his next challenger.

Sonjay Dutt vs. Amazing Red.  This was match one in a three match series to determine the number one contender to the X Division Title.  Mike Tenay pointed out that Dutt gave up a spot on Team NWA so he could pursue the X Division Title.  Kazarian came out and sat on the ramp to watch the action. Good back and forth action, with the two shaking hands after exchanges, while Kazarian mockingly applauded them from the stage. Dutt went for a double leg fisherman buster, but Red floated out and hit an enzugiri at the nine minute mark, but missed a top rope elbow.  Red was favoring his leg as he got up, and Dutt hit a Dragon Screw leg whip.  Dutt grabbed the leg again, and Red went for an enzugiri, but Dutt ducked it and rolled Red in La Magistral for the clean win at the 9:30 mark. Winner: Sonjay Dutt.

A video package on the events leading to Shane Douglas vs. Michael Shane was shown. Scott Hudson interviewed Michael Shane, who said that he had a "parting of the ways" with Tracii. Shane said he didn't need her by his side.  Shane said that it was time for Douglas, being the "old man" in the business, to step aside.

Shane Douglas vs. Michael Shane.  After Shane got to the ring, Douglas' voice came over the sound system, saying that he would show Shane where Tracii is now.  Douglas then came to the ring, accompanied by Tracii. Douglas attacked Shane immediately, sending him from the ring and hitting a pescado. Douglas dominated the fight on the floor, but Shane took over in the ring, working on Douglas' arm. Shane missed a top rope elbowdrop, allowing Douglas to rally. At the six minute mark, Douglas hit a trio of vertical suplexes. Shane came back, blocking a belly to belly suplex, but got caught in a powerslam.  Tracii got on the ring apron, and tossed a chain into the ring, overshooting Douglas on purpose.  Michael Shane got to it first, but Douglas dropkicked him, grabbed the chain, and slugged Shane for the pin at the 8:30 mark.  Winner: Shane Douglas.  The announcers put over how Tracii had double crossed Douglas, but he had outsmarted her.  Douglas spanked Tracii, then went back to dealing with Shane.  Tracii hit Douglas with her cast.  Shane and Tracii then whipped Douglas with a leather belt until security broke it up.

A preview of the World X Cup was shown.

Scott Hudson interviewed Scott D'Amore and Team Canada (Petey Williams, Johnny Devine, Eric Young & Bobby Rude) were interviewed.  D'Amore pointed out how his team was "new and improved" and had them sing "Oh Canada".  They were interrupted by 3 Live Kru, who said they were leaving, as per Vince Russo's orders, but that they would be back.

Team NWA (Jerry Lynn, Elix Skipper, Chris Sabin & Christopher Daniels) vs. Team Canada (Petey Williams, Johnny Devine, Eric Young & Bobby Rude).  D'Amore had a Canadian flag on a hockey stick. Skipper and Daniels pulled out some of their old XXX double team moves. Williams had a great exchange with Jerry Lynn, and looked good. Devine got a two count on Lynn with a moonsault. Lynn was kept from tagging out for a while, allowing Team Canada to maintain an advantage. Lynn finally got the hot tag to Sabin (the first time Sabin was tagged in) at the seven minute mark.  Sabin cleaned house by himself, taking down all four opponents. The match broke down, and we had a seven man powerbomb/back suplex/superplex spot off the ropes (everyone but Lynn involved).  Everyone started hitting their trademark moves and high spots, with the crowd popping for the near falls. Lynn was going for the cradle piledriver on Rude when D'Amore hit Lynn with the hockey stick.  Rude grabbed Lynn in a small package for the pin at the 10:46 mark.  Winners: Team Canada (Petey Williams, Johnny Devine, Eric Young & Bobby Rude)

Scott Hudson was in Vince Russo's locker room and the place was wrecked.  Hudson speculated that 3 Live Kru wrecked it.  Kid Kash entered and said he saw James Storm leaving the room minutes earlier, putting things in his pocket.  Kash started trash talking Storm, but Storm entered and chased Kash out of the dressing room and down the aisle into the ringside area.  They went through the crowd and back to the ring, where they started going at it. Dallas came out, but Storm slid out of the ring as Dallas and Kash went for a double clothesline.

The events leading to Desire vs. Trinity was shown, with comments from both women.  Sonny Siaki was concerned about Desire having a singles match so soon after her back injury.

Desire vs. Trinity.  The referee ordered Glen Gilberti, Johnny Swinger, Sonny Siaki and Pat Kenney to the back before the match began. Desire dominated early, but was distracted by the referee ordering Siaki to leave (Siaki stayed on the stage at first), and Trinity took over briefly. They battled on the floor, then went back into the ring, where Desire hit a series of clotheslines. Trinity shoved the referee into Desire, then kicked Desire in her bad back and rolled her up for the pin at 2:49. Winner: Trinity.  Post-match, Trinity hit a moonsault, then put a chair on Desire's back and was preparing to moonsault her again when Siaki ran in for the save.

We saw that outside, Gilberti and Swinger were attacking Pat Kenney. They beat him down and poured beer and green paint on him (because he's Irish). Security ran them off.

The events between Erik Watts and Goldylocks were recapped. Scott Hudson interviewed Erik Watts, who talked about how Goldylocks ruined his life.  Watts then thanked TNA for giving him his job back, because he needs the money.  Watts then turned his attention to Abyss, saying he should not have gotten involved in this "domestic situation".

Erik Watts vs. Abyss. Watts entered through the crowd and blindsided Abyss with a baseball bat.  The referee took the bat away from Abyss after he took it from Watts. They brawled at ringside, then made it back into the ring, where Abyss hit a avalanche on Watts and hung him up in the ropes and stomped him. Abyss dominated the match, but Watts escaped a chokeslam attempt and went for one of his own.  Abyss elbowed out, but Watts hit a boot to the face.  Watts hit a top rope clothesline, then went for his bat. Goldylocks ran out and tried to grab the bat away from Watts.  The distraction allowed Abyss to hit the Black Hole Slam for the win at the 5:53 mark.  Winner: Abyss.  Post-match, Goldylocks ripped on Watts on the mic, and told Watts he could "have dinner on her" and stuffed a dollar bill in his mouth so he could buy "a Happy Meal".  Watts grabbed Goldy by the throat, but Abyss interceded and choked Watts with his chain.  Security came out, and Abyss took care of them, until Watts got back up and hit Abyss with the baseball bat. Watts knocked Abyss out of the ring with the bat, and Abyss left.

Scott Hudson and Armando Quintaro were backstage with La Parka.  Raven interrupted, attacking La Parka and hitting him repeatedly in the arm with a chair.  Raven said no one cares about Cinco De Mayo, Mexico or AAA.  Raven said people care about him fulfilling his destiny and winning the NWA World Title.

Mike Tenay and Don West were talking about how there would be a "huge announcement" next week, when James Storm came out and challenged Kid Kash for a match next week.

A video package on the events leading to the main event was shown.

NWA World Heavyweight Champion AJ Styles vs. Raven. Raven kept grounding Styles by going after the arm and working it over with a Fujiwara armbar and a crossface chickenwing. Whenever Styles would mount a comeback, Raven would take him back down by targeting the arm. At the twelve minute mark, Raven set up a chair in the ring, but Styles hit him with an enzugiri. Raven took something out of his trunks, but Styles hit him before he could use it.  Styles picked it up, and it was powder. Styles went to throw it at Raven, but Raven hit Styles with a superkick at the same time. A blinded Raven then drop toeholded the referee into the chair. Raven cleared his vision and went after Styles, but Styles hit a drop toe hold into the chair. Styles went for a springboard 450 splash, but Raven moved. Raven hit Styles with the chair and covered, but the referee was still down.  La Parka came out on the runway and into the ring, then DDT'd Raven. La Parka strutted on the floor as Styles and Raven slowly got up.  Styles hit Raven with the Styles Clash at 15:39 to win the match.  Winner: AJ Styles.

Post-match, La Parka stood over Raven and unmasked, revealing Chris Harris. Harris attacked Raven, and the two traded blows.  James Storm hit the ring and also got some shots in on Raven.  The locker room entered to separate Raven from AMW. Vince Russo came out and chastised Harris for interfering in the match.  Harris got on the mic and said that he deserved to be in the steel cage the night Styles took his place and won the title. Harris demanded an NWA World Title match. Styles said he was a fighting champion, and all Harris had to do was ask. Raven hit the ring again for some brief brawling, but it was broken up as the show ended.  The announcers said the title match would be next week.

That episode of Raw featured, as reported by Richard Trionfo:

Last week, the WWE set up a pre-emptive strike on their trip to Canada, otherwise known as BizarroLand with three shows that had to have many of their regular viewers shaking their heads or wondering if Vince Russo was back. We saw one show abruptly end, one show's commentary abruptly end, and one show's champion's reign abruptly end. Now that we are in Canada it is time to celebrate a special anniversary. I am not talking about the 'holiday' when people drink cheap Corona and Tequila. I am talking about the anniversary shows that Frontier Martial Arts Wrestling used to run. So raise your swords high in the air and wait for the clock to run out before the explosives attached to the steel cage are set off because it is time for Raw (which is War spelled backwards). Will Ken Kennedy continue to torment William Regal? What is next for Shawn Michaels and Chris Jericho after last week’s Highlight Reel? What about Santino and Roddy Piper?

We start off tonight’s show with a look back at the Royal coronation of William Regal and Ken Kennedy’s interruption. We then see Regal pull the plug on the main event.

We are live from Toronto, Ontario, Canada and your announcers are Jim 'We are going to need a bigger boat to get to the ring' Ross and Jerry 'Is Trish Stratus going to be here tonight' Lawler.

Vince McMahon is in the arena and he says that last week no man has ever done what William Regal did last week. That was pull the plug in the middle of a championship match. Many protested by complaining to the WWE and demanded that Vince appear tonight. McMahon says that he found Regal’s action devoid of any interest in the fans. McMahon finds them innovative and daring as well as visionary. McMahon says that William Regal reminds Vince of himself. Vince says that he supports and endorses Regal as the King and General Manager. Vince demands that the fans show Regal the same respect that the fans give to Vince.

Lillian Garcia is in the ring and she introduces the General King Manager of the Raw WWE William Regal. Regal gets on the mic and he says that you might not like him, but you will respect him. Regal asks the fans if he has their respect. Regal says that he is prepared to turn out the lights at his discretion. Regal tells them to turn off the lights. Regal turns the lights back on and he says that the show will continue but the fans might not see it. Regal says that he is ready to have this entire show in eternal darkness because he will not be disrespected . . .

Ken Kennedy’s music plays and he comes out to the ring. Kennedy says that if Regal wants respect so much then all he has to do is take Kennedy up on his offer and go one-on-one with him in the ring tonight. Regal says that it is a dreadful shame when people don’t know their place. Regal points out that he is Kennedy’s superior and Kennedy asks Regal to prove it. Regal says that Kennedy is in the main event and he will be facing the ECW Champion Kane, as well as the WWE Tag Team Champions John Morrison and the Miz, as well as the Money in the Bank Winner CM Punk, plus Chavo Guerrero and Bam Neely. Oh heck, Kennedy will be facing the entire ECW roster. Regal says that he has agreed to promote the 100th episode of ECW. Regal says that he will not be disrespected by any one man.

Time for the Game to come out as Triple H joins Regal and Kennedy in the ring. Hunter apologizes for the intrusion. Unlike Mr. Kennedy Kennedy, he means Regal no disrespect. He wants to congratulate Regal on his new power, as well as give him some advice. If Regal wants to stay in that position, he needs to not make mistakes. Take for example last week. Regal turned the lights out on his match. Hunter says that was a mistake. Then after the show went off the air, Regal came out and ended the match. Regal has disrespected Hunter, and that is a mistake. Hunter tells William Regal that if he wants to maintain his position, you do not want to go to war with him. Regal says that he does not want to do that because he is too busy with his Steel Cage Match at Judgment Day. Hunter has been added to the main event as Ken Kennedy’s tag team partner.

2010 - The WWE Raw crew, touring Mexico, were warned to remain in their hotels for fear of kidnapping attempts due to the unrest in the country.

2011 - WWE held a conference call to discuss their 2011 first quarter results. Mike Johnson filed the following report:

Vince McMahon, WWE’s Investor Contact Michael Weitz, and WWE CFO George Barrios were present.

McMahon started out discussing the “somewhat disappointing” quarter, noting that Wrestlemania was not factored in to this quarter as it was last year at this time. He said that the film division did better than this time last year but due to accounting, it reflected an impairment.

Vince said that PPV was “flat” this quarter compared to last year but television ratings, their new WWE direction and the success of Tough Enough thus far has shown their power.

Vince then there was a misunderstanding of what the new WWE is and went into detail in explaining how they wouldn’t depart from their current product but would use their expertise in television production, live event production and licensing to create new revenue prospects for the company with other acquisitions and projects.

George Barrios said that Wrestlemania was in the second quarter this year, as opposed to last year, where it was in the first quarter, so they dropped in comparison. He said that increased costs in film and live event costs cut into increased revenue from licensing and toys. He noted they had an impairment of several million dollars from WWE Films as well.

Barrios broke down some of the changes in the numbers. They explained the drop in the Elimination Chamber PPV buys being due to their TV partner in the UK broadcasting it as a live event for free, not a PPV event.

Their revenue from toys increased 86% from a year ago due to their partnering with Mattel. Videogame revenue was up over $2 million due to more “favorable” agreements with THQ. They noted that WWE All Star videogame sales are not reflected here but would be in the new quarter.

They took on a loss of $1.5 million on the WWE Studios’ film “The Chaperone”, as they now take on all the costs of marketing and advertising themselves as part of their self-distribution of the film.

They continue to look for potential TV partners for WWE Superstars and WWE NXT as they continue them as internet series domestically.

Barrios said they are being cautious over their short-term business but excited for the long-term possibilities.
Barrios brought up the WWE dividend changes and reiterated what he said at the stockholder’s meeting about how WWE is in a cherry position as the competition for content increases with new emerging platforms. He also mentioned the idea of creating the WWE Network as an alternative product.

They then went into the Q&A Session:

WWE was asked to comment on how MMA has impacted WWE’s PPV business, potential alternatives for the Network. McMahon said that he didn’t see MMA as a direct competition for them outside of the fact that they are also on PPV. He did say that if they are on the night before a WWE PPV, it does have an effect because all of the promotional material on the cable companies is “gobbled up” by the fact there are two events, not because of MMA is taking money from fans choosing one over the other. He said MMA doesn’t hurt them any more than boxing did back in the day.

McMahon said that have received a “very favorable” reception to doing a traditional Network. However, he believes their Network will likely be a hybrid into a traditional network and an alternative, such as Netflix’s streaming on demand. He said they will be very flexible in that regard.

George Barrios noted will have 27,000 hours of library material digitized by the middle of 2010 at a cost of $4 million. They will be looking at a future investment of $4-$5 million into creating new programming. The network will be something that will be ad-based in some areas and subscription based in others. He noted that by owning 100% of their library, they are in a great position. They are looking into all opportunities to use their library for future programming ideas on all platforms, traditional and emerging.

McMahon said will have two new “Live event” television programs that they will be rolling out in the “not too distant future” and that finding a home for them won’t be “a problem.”

Barrios said there is a “whole world out there” for intellectual property and WWE has created a lot of their own in the last 20 years. He said they can use their infrastructure to acquire assets and put them through the WWE machine.

They were asked about the timing of acquiring new assets given the economy still recovering and whether we are far enough along in that recovery to launch a Network. Barrios said that with the balance sheet and debt capacity that WWE currently has, the real discipline on their end will be making sure they are acquiring something that WWE can add value to it strategically and operationally. Barrios said there is never a good time to do anything but they have to take a chance and maximize the opportunities that exist. Barrios said there is a real opportunity to do that during a time period where there is a “land grab” for programming.
They were asked about adding additional infrastructure to help handle any new acquisitions. Barrios said that there is a real opportunity by not having to duplicate the infrastructure of companies and there is an opportunity by adding value on the top line without having to duplicate the infrastructure.

The next question regarded WWE talent, asking whether there was any traction with the current storylines. Vince said that Rock’s return has brought them greater awareness by having older names “brushing up” with younger talents like Miz and Alberto Del Rio. Vince said talent development is “going very well.” Vince said they were insulted with their talent pool, noting that Edge’s unexpected retirement wouldn’t effect their bottom line because they are doing so well with developing talents. He pointed out that Wrestlemania had talents in main event positions that were never there before. He said you can look at how the ratings are doing for proof of how that is going.

Vince was asked about ticket prices going up. Vince said that they like being the best value for everyone with the lowest ticket prices, especially as the costs of everything else goes up. He intimated they could raise the price of the higher priced tickets but not a wholesale increase overall to the ticket prices.
PPV revenue was asked about. Barrios said they aren’t adding more promotional dollars to the marketing to the events but they continue to get more value by doing promotions with their partners. He said the marketing team gets better by the year at creating new opportunities outside of money-driven marketing materials.

There were no additional questions at that time so they closed up the call and thanked everyone for listening in.

2011
- TNA broadcast Impact.  Stu Carapola filed the following TV report:

Welcome to the TNA Impact Report here on PWInsider.com!

We kick it off with a recap of last week when Hulk Hogan booked a three way TNA Title Match, and AJ Styles returned to TNA to cost Bully Ray the match and ensure that Sting retained.

We start right off with Hulk Hogan and Immortal in the ring and Sting and Rob Van Dam trying to get in the ring and fight them. TNA Security holds them back, and Hogan says they'd stand out there all night long to fight them but the Three Stooges are holding them back. Hogan says Sting can hide behind everyone else all they want, but if there's a network rep out there who's going to screw with him, he wants to know who it is and if Sting knows who it is, he better spill it or Immortal will wipe him out and figure it out later. Sting says that next week, he...no, she will reveal herself later and it'll be on. A brawl breaks out with Sting, RVD, and Fortune brawling with Immortal and Immortal gets cleared out of the ring. Robert Roode calls Hogan a coward and says that he's had it with Hogan and he's not going to talk about how they built this company and Hogan, Bischoff and Flair cashed in on their deal, but he thought he knew Hogan but he has something Hogan doesn't: pride. He busts his ass every week, not just for himself, but the fans as well and every week when he flies home and can support his family, that's the best feeling he can have. He assks what Hogan's earned, and says Hogan hasn't earned a damn thing because he's spent 18 months stealing from the TNA fans because he took TNA out from under Dixie Carter and crushed people's dreams. Hogan fired Jay Lethal and that hit home because he did whatever he was told to do with a smile on his face because he wanted to provide for his family. Roode introduces himself to Hogan formally, and says he's going to stand up to Hogan because next week, things are going to change.

The Jarretts are backstage accusing Velvet Sky of being Kurt Angle's mistress, and Karen says she has an offer for Velvet that she can't refuse.

Sangrieto is backstage, and he's...WALKING!

Matt Hardy is backstage ragging on Beer Money and saying he's one half of the greatest tag team of all time, and he's got a special partner to challenge Beer Money at Sacrifice.

Time for our opening match...

Suicide vs Sangriento

fast paced lucha sequence to start with Suicide coming out on top, but Sangriento dropkicks Suicide to the floor and hits a Frankensteiner to the floor. Sangriento goes to the apron but Suicide sweeps the legs out from under him and cover in the ring for 2. Suicide with repeated clotheslines in the corner for 2, Sangriento tries to leapfrog out of Suicide's way but gets dropkicked into the corner and Suicide covers for 2. Sangriento nails Suicide and gets a second rope dropkick for 2, then hits a Frankensteiner for 2 but Suicide bulldogs Sangriento into the second turnbuckle and goes for something, but Sangriento escapes and hits a series of kicks followed by a springboard Diamond Cutter for the win.

Winner: Sangriento

Hulk Hogan is backstage talking about how great it felt to hit D-Lo and he and Bischoff talk about who could be behind the Network thing. They don't want to believe it's Flair, but they have no idea who it could be.

We go to commercial, and when we come back Mexican America is in the ring celebrating Cinco De Mayo. Hernandez tells us to stand up and worship our new national flag, and Anarquia tells us that they celebrate Cinco De Mayo because they won some battle that didn't mean anything, Our land will belong to them, etc etc. Sarita says this is no celebration without the Spanish announce team, and calls Willie Urbina and Hector Guerrero down to the ring. Anarquia puts Hector over for coming from the greatest Mexican wrestling family ever, then gets in Urbina's face for being Puerto Rican, and Hernandez lays him out. Hector goes to Urbina's rescue, and Anarquia tells Hector that if he's with Urbina then he's a sellout. Ink Inc runs out and chases Mexican America off, and Jesse Neal tells Mexican America that they don't disrespect the USA and they don't disrespect the flag, and he tells Mexican America to get their green cards and not let the door hit them in the ass on the way out.

Up next: AJ Styles & Christopher Daniels against Bully Ray and Gunner!

Bully Ray & Gunner vs AJ Styles & Christopher Daniels

Daniels and Ray start and AJ tags in, but Ray runs for his life and tags in Gunner. They go at it and AJ wipes Gunner out with a dropkick and then tags in Daniels, who hits a Northern lariat for 2. AJ and Daniels with Total Elimination, but Ray nails Daniels from the outside and Gunner hits a clothesline for 2. Daniels nails a flying forearm and makes the hot tag to AJ, who cleans house on Gunner. AJ with a springboard forearm but Gunner goes to the eyes so AJ hits a Pelle kick and goes for the slingshot 450, but Ray shakes the ropes and then nails Daniels with a clothesline. Ray grabs the chain and chases off the referee. Tommy Dreamer runs out and gets in Ray's face, then piledrives AJ for the DQ.

Not Contest

Bully Ray tells Dreamer “good choice” and he tells AJ that he'll make him wish he never got in the ring.

Tommy Dreamer is backstage flipping out and smashing up lockers for no discernible reason. We then flip over to AJ and Daniels with Kazarian as they try and figure out why Tommy did what he did. AJ says they're getting answers and Dreamer's taking a beating. Bully Ray finds Matt Hardy backstage and sayd that Dreamer did the right thing and he did what he's gotta do to keep himself in this company. Dreamer looks stupid, but he's not stupid, and he's going to enjoy toying with Dreamer's head.

The Jarretts are backstage, and they're...WALKING! And Velvet Sky is...WALKING TOO! And Winter is feeding roofies to Angelina because their souls connected a long time ago and Winter has crossed eons of time to get back to her!

The Jarretts ass come out to the ring and Karen calls Velvet Sky out to the ring. Velvet comes out and the crowd chants “sloppy seconds” at the Jarretts, and Karen says that nearly every girl in the locker room has been a champion except her, and she wonders why she continues to be walked over because she hears that Velvet lays down a lot. She accuses Velvet of hitching herself to Kurt's wagon to get herself to the top, but that's not going to happen because tonight it's all going to come to a screeching halt. Velvet says she loves hearing herself talk to much that she'll repeat that she has no idea what Karen is talking about. The only thing she's shared with Kurt Angle is conversation, and she would never sink to sleeping with someone to get ahead because that's more Karen's style. Velvet says she's right, she's never been Knockouts Champion, but now that she's not BFFs with Angelina anymore, her goal is to become the Knockouts Champion. Karen asks Velvet if she's going to give Kurt a lap dance, but Karen says she was fooled by her ex-husband for 10 years and Jeff knows people in high places, and he's arranged for a handicap match tonight with Velvet against Angelina Love and Winter, and once they're done with her, Velvet will be in no shape to be a threat to Karen. Angelina and Winter come out and Karen tells Winter to take Velvet out.

Suddenly, Kurt Angle's music hits and he comes stalking out to confront Jeff and Karen. He tells Jeff that he comes in peace and he promised the Network that he wouldn't do anything he'd regret, and he says that Karen gets her handicap match tonight because it's a mixed tag handicap match, and Angle will team with Velvet against Jeff, Winter, and Angelina, and he's going to get Karen's ass on a silver platter tonight. Velvet tells Karen that there's one more thing: he'd like to invite Karen to join her husband at ringside tonight because after she's done with Morticia and her zombie, she's coming for her ass and she'll put Karen over her knee aod do what her mommy should have done a long time ago.

Eric Bischoff is backstage complaining about how Kurt Angle can just make matches, and Murphy and Rob Terry offer to take Angle out. Bischoff says they haven't proved anything to him, so he's going to make them fight each other and the winner is in Immortal and the loser is history.

Crimson is backstage looking for Samoa Joe, but Joe is nowhere to be found.

Instead, let's go back to the ring for our next match...

Winner Leaves Immortal: Rob Terry vs Murphy

They trade blows in thie middle of the ring, then trade clotheslines and Terry ripes Murphy's head off with a hard clothesline and an elbowdrop for 2. Murphy wipes Terry out with a big boot to the face for 2 and then drills him in the face with right hands. Terry barrels Murphy into the corner and rams in repeated shoulderblocks to the ribcage, but Murpy gets the elbow up on a charge and hits a back suplex and a running kneedrop, then hits a top rope clothesline for 2. Murphy goes for a piledriver but Terry backdrops him and hits the spinkick, then follows that up with a suplex into a powerslam for 3.

Winner: Rob Terry

Murphy is now out of Immortal, then we go backstage to Hogan and Bischoff, and Hogan says he;s done with both guys because they're fighting for a spot in Immortal. Bischoff says if he were the Network, he'd pick someone they would never expect because they need someone who knows the business.

Mickie James is backstage, and she's...WALKING!!!

Samoa Joe arrives backstage, and Crimson gets in his face to thank him for the assist last week, and next time someone stomps his face in, he'll turn his back. Joe says he didn't ask anyone for help when he was a young undefeated phenom, and Crimson warns Joe to stay out of his way, Joe asks if that's a threat and Crimson just tells Joe to take it any way he wants.

Time for a title match...

Knockouts Title Match: Mickie James vs Miss Tessmacher

Miss Tessmacher officially has the greatest entrance in the history of the business, officially. I love the “dropping the glasses” gimmick. Tessmacher works over Mickie's shoulder to start, but Mickie wipes her out with a shoulderblock and dropkicks her. Tessmacher sweeps the legs for 2, Mickie returns the favor for 2, then they exchange forearms until Tessmacher nails her and gets a victory roll for 2. Tessmacher gets an enziguiri for 2 and goes back to the arm, but Mickie comes back with clotheslines and gets a neckbreaker, then finishes with the jumping DDT.

Winner: Mickie James

Madison comes out with Tara and says she was the longest reigning Knockouts Champion ever and offered her a rematch out of the goodness of her heart, and now she wants Mickie to be a fighting champion and give her a rematch at Sacrifice for HER Knockouts Title. Mickie says if she wants it, she's got it, but there's a catch: at Lockdown, Mickie had to put her hair on the line to get a rematch, so she asks Madison what she'll put on the line to get her rematch. Madison says to name it because she'll do anything, and Mickie says that's great because at Sacrifice, she'll put the Knockouts Title on the line against the contract between Madison and Tara, so if Mickie wins then Tara can resume her career at TNA without being attached to Madison. Madison says Mickie's got it, so the match is on.

Up next, the main event handicap match!

Brian Kendrick is leading Amazing Red and Generation Me saying that what happened to Jay Lethal is crap and it's not going to happen anymore, and they're going to see Bischoff.

The X-Division guys find Eric Bischoff backstage and Kendrick asks him why Jay Lethal's gone and the rest of them are sitting on their hands in the back. Bischoff says he cares about their careers and he blieves in them and the secret is to grow a foot and a half. He doens't care about a bunch of runts bitching about what they don't get around here because he just wants to hang out and drink his coffee and he tells them to get out of here.

We go to Mike Tenay and Taz, who will face each other for the TNA World Title at Sacrifice, and we go to comments from both men. Sting says RVD never lost his TNA World Title, and RVD says he's still on top of his game, and he has the fans behind him. Sting will prepare the best he can, and RVD says he respects Sting for defending the title against him, but he hopes Sting won't mistake his respect for weakness.

It's main event time!

Jeff Jarrett, Winter & Angelina Love vs Kurt Angle & Velvet Sky

Velvet and Winter start and Winter works her over, but Velvet gets a Monkey Flip and a clothesline. Winter Tullys her into the corner and tags out to Angelina, Velvet hits a chinbrearker and unlaods with a bunch of offense but Angelina no-sells so Velvet spears her and trades words with Karen Jarrett on the floor. Angelina boots Velvet out to the floor and we're at commercial.

We're back, and Angelina is putting the boots to Velvet and then rains down punches on her. Winter tags in and they hit a double suplex on Velvet, but Velvet makes the hot tag to Angle, who comes in and cleans house on Jarrett. Angle with an overhead release suplex for 2, the straps come down, and Jarrett counters the Angle Slam to a DDT for 2. Angle counters a sunset flip to an anklelock, Jeff reaches for Karen but Kurt dags both of them into the middle of the ring and now Velvet comes into the ring and circles Karen. Winter and Angelina come in and nail Velvet, but Velvet wipes them both out with a double DDT and pins Winter.

Winners: Kurt Angle & Velvet Sky

Kurt congratulates Velvet and says that he hopes this takes her a step closer to the Knockouts Title, and then says that Velvet isn't the Chosen One, because the Chosen One is going to take Karen out so he can whup Jeff's ass without distraction, and she will be here next week and that is DAMN REAL, BITCH.

HHogan and Bischoff are backstage saying that Flair or Russo could be the one representing the Network, then we see “You're Next” written across the side of Hogan's car, leading them to speculate that Goldberg's coming to TNA.
