Marc Schiller, the real life victim in the kidnapping that was captured in the Dwayne Johnson film "Pain & Gain" is suing over the film, according to The New York Post. Schiller is claiming that the film twisted the facts and painted him in a bad light while making light of the situation and then waited until the end credits to make it clear that some of the content of the film had been "fictionalized" leaving some audiences believing there was truth to how he was portrayed. There's no word yet as to whether Johnson himself is being sued, although the Post article mentions co-star Mark Wahlburg as one of the defendants along with Director Michael Bay and Paramount Pictures.
