Hulk Hogan has booked a role in the independent film "Killing Hasselfhoff", a dark comedy about a celebrity death pool, in which someone has to murder their own celebrity. I am told that there is a scene where David Hasselhoff is hanging with a group of C-level celebrities, with one of them being Hulk Hogan. The movie is being produced by Warren Zide, who produced the American Pie and Final Destination film franchises.

In regard to Jonathan Coachman's teased announcement, one source believes he'll be hosting a WWE Network series. He lives in Connecticut and would obviously be perfect for the planned live talkshow that has been talked about. We'll have to see.

Right now in the Elite section of PWInsider.com is an exclusive interview with WWE Hall of Famer Roddy Piper discussing the release of "Pro Wrestlers vs. Zombies", how he came on board with the project, how much of his work on the screen was improvised, why WWE talents losing the ability to improv hurts them, thoughts on the CM Punk walkout from his perspective as someone who's fought with Vince McMahon, fighting to earn his place in the business and whether he's ever stopped, a documentary on his life that was just completed, his personal favorite Wrestlemania story, comparing acting to wrestling as a performer, the response to Pro Wrestlers vs. Zombies so far, signing next week at Wrestlecon, the backstage reaction when fans cheered him vs. Mr. T and much more - a fun conversation with the Rowdy Scot! Former WCW and WWE World champion Bill Goldberg will be joining us in Elite for an interview this week as well, by the way, and yes, I will be asking him what the deal was with the Ryback vs. Goldberg Wrestlemania rumors.

The Washington Post featured an interview with Roman Reigns to promote Monday's Raw in DC and Wrestlemania 30 at this link. On not having his on screen character built around his Samoan heritage, Reigns noted, "It was a process. Of course, immediately the thought was: “He’s Samoan, so let’s run with that.” But then I think they saw my personality, being more of a cultured guy, going to college, playing ball, things like that, just the kind of guy I am, you know, just be me — don’t try and focus on a nationality or an ethnicity or anything like that. Just be myself."

Paul Jordan sent the following....This trailer for the new Iron Sheik documentary popped up online a few days ago. The video shows that Jim Ross, Mick Foley, Jake Roberts, Jimmy Snuka,  The Rock, as well as an appearance from Hulk Hogan and Bret Hart in the footage. The film is scheduled to premiere at the Canadian HotDocs festival on 4/26. For ticket information, go here.

Another new documentary was released this week.  "Finding Zach Gowen", focusing on the former WWE star.  The two hour plus film features interviews with Gowen, his family and friends as well as Jimmy Jacobs, Truth Martini, Rhino, Paul London, Jimmy Korderas, Gregory Iron and more.  Gowen has a pretty incredible story to tell, so this should be very interesting.  The film will be released on 4/4 at the website of Director Joe Dombrowski, www.Joe-Dombrowski.com.
