Do you have explanation to why all the New Jack matches have been omited from the ECW PPVs on the Network? They haven't censored blood or language so why New Jack?

We have asked and been told there is no edict or anything like that. The best explanation I have heard came from our own Mike Epsenhart who noted that so many of Jack's matches had Natural Born Killers playing the whole way that they would be really, really hard to edit since WWE is not going to pay for the rights to the music.

When I was young I remember Jerry Lawler, Eddie Gilbert and others throwing fire. Why have they abandoned this gimmick? Safety, looks fake in HD?

It definitely has phased out. There is a danger aspect for sure. Big buildings don't want uncontrolled fire used in their ring due to legal issues. And also, if they guy isn't good at doing the trick, it can lead to a very bad situation. Lawler was great at it, but it's a lost art and it's not worth the risk to burn someone.

I remember hearing Stone Cold didn't announce his retirement because wwe stock would drop and it would hurt the company. Considering CM Punk left right after a ppv and right before the launch of the network. Could it just be CM Punk was forced to retire due to injury and just didn't announce it to the public, as a favor for the company?

That is not the case here at all.

Could the idea of CM Punk coming back at Mania to cost Triple H his match against Bryan be a possibility?

Only if he and WWE suddenly come to terms, which has not been the case thus far. And with that said, I would hate it. Bryan needs to win his battles on his own. He has been the undersized underdog for this whole storyline. When he wins it all, for it to have maximum value, he has to do it on his own.

Has there been any word as to whether or not TNA has reached out to Beth Phoenix as it pertains to becoming a TNA Knockout? Phoenix is tremendously talented in the ring and would be great with the likes of Madison Rayne, Velvet Sky and most especially Gail Kim. Have they had talks with her and do you think she’d go to TNA?

She has no desire to go and work for TNA, at least for now. Her and Adam "Edge" Copeland just had a baby girl last month. She wants to be a mom at this time.
