DiBiase had been wanted on an outstanding warrant where police were notified of where he was located. DiBiase had allegedly been seen trying to break a wall between two businesses in the building where he was located.
DiBiase refused to come out and turn himself in and due to the fact that he was believed to have access to weapons that were in the building, the SWAT team was called in and there was a long negotiation. He was finally apprehended after they tear gassed the building and discovered him hiding under cardboard boxes. The entire process took 7 hours.
DiBiase was charged regarding warrant and for hindering apprehension.
