As we noted over the weekend, there is a contempt of court warrant out for Flair in North Carolina for failing to adhere to a judge's ruling that he pay almost $33,000 to his ex-wife.
Flair has been splitting time between Georgia and Florida since the warrant was issued, because the judge presiding over the case stipulated that when Flair is arrested, he remain incarcerated until the full amount is paid to his ex-wife.
