LAWSUIT AGAINST WWE DISMISSED

A lawsuit brought against WWE last year by Landmark Technology, LLC that alleged that programming used by WWE on their online store was infringing on Landmark's patented software was officially dismissed on 1/2.

The two sides went to mediation in late October 2013 which led to Landmark pulling their lawsuit. The Judge overseeing the case ruled that each side would cover their respective legal costs and that the case was dismissed with Prejudice, which means Landmark cannot file another lawsuit over the matter.
