Yes, "National Wrestling Alliance: The Untold Story of the Monopoly that Strangled Pro Wrestling" was released in May 2007 by Tim Hornbaker. It's a great read.
I saw that WWE is doing a Living Social deal for their NYC event. I don't get what WWE gets out of doing such a thing. So, why do it?
They are doing it because they must not be happy with the ticket sales for the show and with only a few weeks left, it's a way to get warm bodies into the seats. I've often believed that if someone gets in cheaply or for free, chances are they will be more likely to spend money on concessions or merchandise, so that could be it as well.
Whatever happened to Vladimir Kozlov?
He pops up every now and then doing independents but for the most part, is done with the business. He's still living in the United States.
Is this Dixie Carter storyline ever going to end?
Not anytime soon, my friend.
Why has WWE slowed down on releasing Blu-Ray versions of their PPVs?
Quite honestly, lack of sales. If the sales don't support the releases, then they shouldn't do them.
