They tried the unification of the Titles before, didn't work. What's changed since last time?

The have killed the brand extension, that's about it.

Do you feel the low ratings for Raw, besides bad storylines, are due to the show running 3 hours? I can't remember a solid 2 hours of Raw let alone 3.

Three hours is hard to book, no doubt. With that said, it's about 2:10 of actual product. I think if the creative end was better, more people would watch. The fans are out there and want to watch, but WWE keeps turning some of them off.

If WWE moves 11 of their 12 PPVs, not including WrestleMania to to the Network, how will they determine the talents' bonuses? Right now, it's a closely guarded and complicated formula but how will it work when there isn't a true pay-per-view to assess the buys/revenue?

I actually talked about this on my hotline last week. There has been no word yet as to how it will work, but suffice it to say that the talent is wondering the exact same thing.

So, where do we go from here? Who does Vince blame when the rating for TLC bombs? Who is he blaming for Raw's lowest rating of the year? Over the summer he blamed Bryan (never mind he feuded with both Cena and Orton). I'm sure he blaming Show for the Survivor Series buy rate. TLC is main evented by his two prize horses. When it bombs do you think he will finally get it? Or will lay blame on others ( because seeing Bryan and punk is 3 on 1 matches is going to get me to buy a ppv)?

Well, we will have to see IF it bombs first. If it does, my guess is he will blame either the Bengals vs. Steelers game, Survivor's finale or Christmas. It's always the fault of something or someone other than the guy he sees in the mirror every day.

With WWE failing to put on a good show (in my opinion) and the ratings and viewership declining every week. And TNA declining and all these rumors about their demise, what do you think the state of wrestling is as of 12/4/13? Do you think everything will pick up heading into WrestleMania season, or will ratings/viewership continue to fall for both companies?

If WWE gets the new TV contracts that they hope to get, they will be more than fine finacially. But with those deals will come expectations. What I hope is that it makes Vince McMahon change the way he has hurt the creative process with his vision. He has shown he is not in touch with what his viewers want. In addition to lower viewership numbers, the pattern of late has been that the most people tune in at 8 p.m. for Raw with people tuning out at the show goes on. That falls on Vince. I think TNA will have a similar year in 2014. Hopefully, they can keep building a foundation as a wrestling promotion, as opposed to WWE Lite, and keep building on it.
