TNA BOUND FOR GLORY TO BECOME FIRST PPV TO AIR LIVE IN INDIA

By Himanshu Doiphode on 2013-10-06 08:42:13
For probably the first time ever in history, a wrestling PPV event will air live on TV in India.

Sony Six, TNA's broadcast partner in India, has announced that they will air TNA Bound For Glory live (and free) in India. This will probably mark the first time ever that a wrestling PPV event, WWE or TNA, will air at the same time on television in India as the US broadcast.

TNA Bound For Glory will air at 5:30 am on Monday in India, with the repeat airing at 9 pm on Tuesday. Oddly enough, the live airing of Bound For Glory will air 15½ hours before the first airing of the go-home edition of Impact Wrestling at 9 pm on Monday.

Sony Six is the official Indian broadcast partner of the UFC and NBA among other sports. It has aired multiple UFC and boxing PPVs live (for free) in the past.
