Do think TNA is almost done, like WCW?

No, I don't think that at all.  They have had some monetary issues, no doubt, and are restructuring things, but they aren't close to going out of business at this time.

Why does TNA keep Hogan if it cost so much to keep him there?

Dixie Carter feels that Hogan's name adds a lot to the product and gives TNA a marketable asset.  I don't have access to their books so I don't know whether he makes them money or not, but she likes him being aligned with TNA.

Do you think they will ever go back to the Impact zone if they do let Hogan go?

I don't think they would have to let Hogan go to do that.  For now, they are committed to making the on-the-road Impacts work.  Plus, it's not a slam dunk that Universal would even take them back at this point.  They left very abruptly and there is said to be some ill will from Universal's end.

Having read about the problems at the TNA house show on the 20th why didn't they call a local promoter and bring in some local folks to work with their guys and make a bigger card? In my view as long as it was booked good it could only have helped both promotions and made those there that go to local shows even happier.

They probably felt that they could get everything taken care of in time, which of course they didn't.  I don't really think they want to co-promote shows anyway.  Given the small crowd that showed up, they probably felt it was just better to take their lumps at one show.

I'm sure you'll get asked this more than once but as it pertains to the TNA license debacle, does every wrestler need a license in every state?? Is there any reasonable explanation for TNA to let this happen? And finally, do you cut TNA any slack for allowing the fans that stayed a chance to meet every wrestler??

Only certain states require that wrestlers be licensed.  No, there is no reasonable explanation.  If TNA is running a show in a state, they need to know the parameters of doing so.  Letting the fans meet the talent definitely was a good move on their part.  They owed those fans something extra given what happened.
