There's nothing to that story. WWE did not change his persona because of a Twitter posting.
Since the WWE now requires cities to bid on Wrestlemania sort of like the Superbowl. What are some of the requirements that a bidding city has to provide. Do they review tax incentives, free venue rental, excellent public transportation etc?
It all depends on the market. In many cases, WWE gets tax breaks, assistance in the logistics and promotion of the event locally, access to publicly owned facilities, etc. WWE has proven they can bring a massive amount of tourism and money to a local economy and cities everywhere want that to be what is brought to their community, with good reason.
With TNA reducing the number of pay per views from 12 to 4 I believe will this move save them money in the long run? If so could they use that money to sign more wrestlers, male and female, to contracts?
Given the amount of talents who have been cut of late, it's safe to say that answer is no.
I saw Sara Del Rey is still training talents in NXT. Any chance she will come up to the main roster soon?
Not really. She's been signed to work as a trainer, not be groomed for a spot on the main roster. That's a shame as she is awesome in the ring, but she was hired for a certain position and (for now at least), that position alone.
Whatever happened to former TNA Knockout star Jacqueline (Jackie Moore)?
Jackie Moore worked the TNA Hardcore Justice 2 PPV and is still working the occasional independent event. She is living in Tennessee.
