As we noted yesterday, the legendary Jackie Fargo passed away at the age of 83 in North Carolina.
WWE Hall of Famer Jim Ross wrote a really nice blog entry about Fargo, which you can read by clicking here.
TNA issued the following statement: "On June 24, 2013, the wrestling industry lost a pioneer. We are thankful for the legacy that Jackie Fargo leaves behind and saddened by his passing."
Jimmy Hart issued the following: "Championship belts are won and lost but legends live forever. Jackie Fargo will always be my champion."
Several other personalities within the business took to Twitter to remember Fargo:
