BREAKING DOWN TRUTH VS. REALITY IN THE TNA-WWE LAWSUIT, THE RAW POST GAME SHOW EVERYONE IS RAVING ABOUT AND MUCH MORE

By Mike Johnson on 2012-11-27 14:08:22
We've gotten some great feedback to last night's Raw Post Game show, which was a two hour discussion between myself and former WWE Tag Team champion Cliff Compton about the broadcast as well as a number of topics including the TNA-OVW relationship, Compton potentially returning to WWE, attending the CM Punk DVD screening in Chicago, the pressure for new guys when they debut on live TV, and lots more. Compton has become one of our more popular guests over the last year. Going forward, the plan is to have different guests who have worked for WWE on the Raw Post-Game show as scheduling allows. To shoot down persistent rumors, there is currently no legal issue blocking WWE from hiring former TNA talents. That seems to be an ongoing question that we have received but there has been no movement in the TNA vs. WWE lawsuit since former office worker Brian Wittenstein was hit with a permanent injunction preventing him from discussing or sharing what he knew about TNA confidential information on 8/20. The temporary injunction against WWE regarding the same material was lifted by the court after the company had shown they their computer records and files did not contain any TNA information. So, while the case is still technically ongoing, there is nothing legally preventing WWE from hiring someone if they choose to do.
