WWE NXT REPORT: A BOUNTY ON BIG E; LUKE HARPER DEBUTS; OHNO/BARRETA REMATCH; NUMBER ONE CONTENDER DETERMINED

Previously on NXT, some people thought that they had what it takes to challenge NXT Champion Seth Rollins. Dusty Rhodes decided that since there were four men who think that they have a chance, they should meet in the ring and the one man who is left standing at the end of the night will be the man who gets their shot at the title. It is time for NXT, eef ya wheel.

We are live on tape from Winter Park, Florida and your announcers are William ‘We need more shows in the UK so I can wrestle some more’ Regal, Tony ‘Double Secret Probation’ Luftman, and Byron ‘I’m Back’ Saxton

We see footage from two weeks ago when Trent Barreta got a victory over Kassius Ohno with some help from Richie Steamboat.

Match Number One: Kassius Ohno versus Trent Barreta

Trent avoids Ohno in the corner. Ohno misses a kick and Trent with a chop followed by a drop toe hold. Trent with an Irish whip and a chop in the corner. Ohno goes to the apron to get under Trent’s skin. Trent with a kick when Ohno tries for a shoulder from the apron. Trent tries for a sunset flip power bomb to the floor but Ohno holds on and he puts the ring skirt over Trent’s head and he stomps on Trent’s head.

Ohno sends Trent back into the ring and he gets a near fall. Ohno with a knee to the head and Trent struggles to get back to his feet. Ohno with a chop to Trent and he applies a Dragon sleeper. Trent gets to his feet but he cannot get out of the hold. Ohno with a front face chancery and he takes Trent back to the mat.

Trent with punches and he gets a near fall with a sunset flip. Trent with a clothesline and both men are down. Trent with a chop and forearm. Trent follows with a back elbow but Ohno blocks the enzuigiri and Ohno gets a near fall. Trent tries for a tornado DDT but Ohno is able to land on his feet. Trent with an elevated DDT and he gets a near fall.

Ohno retreats to the corner and Trent with the double jump back elbow but Ohno with a running forearm to Trent as Barreta comes off the ropes. Trent with an inside cradle for a near fall. Ohno blocks a kick and he connects with a boot to the head and he gets a near fall. Ohno puts Barreta on the turnbuckles and Ohno with a chop.

Ohno sets for a cravate superplex but Trent pushes Ohno off and Trent with a missile drop kick and both men are down. Trent goes for the running knee but Ohno goes to the floor. Trent follows after Ohno. Ohno returns to the ring first and when Trent returns to the ring, Ohno hits the OBE for the three count.

Winner: Kassius Ohno

After the match, Ohno tries for the OBE to the back of the head but Trent avoids it and he kicks Ohno off the apron.

We go to commercial.

We are back and we see a video package for Cory Graves. He says that every tattoo tells a story. He has a lot of stories he can tell. He can tell of broken hearts, broken dreams, and broken bones. He can tell stories of the places he has been and the people he has known. He can tell you or he can just get in your face and show you.

Match Number Two: Big E Langston versus Memo Montenegro

Langston starts to yell five and they lock up. Langston drives Montenegro to the mat and then he punches Memo. Langston with a running body block and pieces of Montenegro are left on the mat. Langston gets Memo up for the Big Ending and it is time for the five count (but the referee stops at three).

Winner: Big E Langston

Since Langston only got a three count from the referee, he does not feel that he is done. Langston with another Big Ending and he makes his own five count.

The fans want one more but Vickie Guerrero appears on the DustyTron. Vickie tells Langston that he will not be laughing for long. She says that it is open season on Langston. She has offered Five Thousand Dollars to whoever can put him on the shelf. Vickie says that she who laughs last, laughs loudest.

Someone makes his way to the ring to challenge Langston when Big E’s back is turned to the entrance. Langston with a punch to the midsection and Langston with a body block and Chad Baxter is regretting his decision. Langston picks up Baxter for a Big Ending and a five count.

We go to commercial.

We are back and Bray Wyatt makes his way onto the stage. Bray asks if you can fell that feeling down your spine. He says that he got his wings back. He tells everyone to wake up and start looking at this lie you are living in. He wants you to give your life to him so he can be your breath. They will climb the mountain and stare down at the fools and we will watch them as they turn to ash. They will fly away. He wants to know if everyone is ready for him to change this world.

Jason Jordan says that he was supposed to have a match and Bray comes out to interrupt. He is not here to talk, he is here to fight. He wants Wyatt to come to the ring.

Wyatt says that Jordan has no idea what he is messing with. Jason has it all wrong. He did not want to hurt him, he wanted to help him. He says that he is a monster and he is never alone.

Match Number Three: Jason Jordan versus Luke Harper (with Bray Wyatt)

Harper with an elbow and he backs Jordan into the corner. Jordan avoids a punch. Jordan tries for a drop toe hold but Harper stays on his feet and he chops Jordan. Harper with a forearm to the back and he connects with a European uppercut. Harper chokes Jordan in the ropes. Harper with a forearm to the back.

Harper with shoulders in the corner and he punches Jordan. Harper with an Irish whip and splash into the corner. He hits a running back splash followed by a clothesline for a near fall. Harper misses a running boot into the corner but Jordan runs into an elbow. Jordan with kicks and he goes for the leg.

Jordan with a single leg take down but Harper with a Bossman Slam for the three count.

Winner: Luke Harper

After the match, Bray Wyatt introduces everyone to the first son of the Wyatt Family . . . Luke Harper.

We see footage from Roman Reign’s debut last week.

Roman is on the stage and he is with Byron Saxton at the interview position.

Roman appreciates the introduction and he says that we don’t need Byron any more. Roman says that everyone is doing good now that Byron is gone. He says that people are doing a lot better because he is in the building. He says that he is doing pretty good. You cannot feel any better than he is.

There is nothing that he has not seen and nothing that he cannot do. He is the man, whether you are with him or against him. It is irrelevant. Nothing changes because everybody wants to be Roman Reigns.

We go to commercial.

We are back and for the main event, Jim Ross and William Regal are your announcers.

Match Number Four: Justin Gabriel versus Drew McIntyre versus Jinder Mahal versus Bo Dallas in a Number One Contender Elimination Match

All four men start off in the ring and Drew squares off with Justin while Jinder and Bo battle. Drew with kicks and a European uppercut to Justin. Mahal with a knee to Bo. Bo sends Jinder over the top rope to the floor. Justin and Bo with a double drop kick to McIntyre and Drew goes to the floor.

Justin and Bo have a brief discussion about what to do. Bo with a baseball slide to Drew but Mahal with a knee. Gabriel with a flip dive onto everyone on the floor and we go to commercial.

We are back and Mahal with a suplex on Dallas and he gets a near fall. Mahal and McIntyre stare at each other and it is as if they are part of a unit as they attack Dallas in the ring. Jinder with a side Russian leg sweep and Drew with a boot. Mahal with a knee drop to Dallas. Mahal with a short arm clothesline to McIntyre when Dallas holds on to the ropes.

Mahal with a kick to Drew but Drew with a boot to the head. Gabriel with a springboard cross body followed by a series of kicks to Drew. Gabriel with an STO and then he tries for a quebrada and he lands on his feet. Gabriel clotheslines Dallas over the top rope to the floor.

Gabriel with a DDT to McIntyre followed by a kick to Mahal and a Blue Thunder Bomb. Gabriel sets for the 450 and he hits it but Gabriel cannot make the cover. Drew sends Gabriel to the floor and Dallas with a spear to Dallas to eliminate Drew.

Drew McIntyre Eliminated

Gabriel goes for a springboard move but Dallas with a spear to pin Gabriel.

Justin Gabriel eliminated

We are down to Mahal and Dallas to see who faces Seth Rollins. Speaking of Seth, he is on the stage watching the match.

We go to commercial.

We are back and Dallas runs Mahal’s head into the turnbuckles. Dallas with a running forearm to the head and Mahal rolls to the floor. Dallas goes after Mahal on the floor and he punches Jinder. Jinder with an elbow and then he sends Bo’s lower back into the ring steps. Jinder rolls Bo back into the ring and he gets a near fall.

Mahal chokes Bo in the ropes and then he connects with a series of knee drops to the upper chest and Mahal gets a near fall. Bo with punches to Mahal but Mahal with a high knee and Mahal with a near fall.

Mahal with a full nelson slam for a near fall. Mahal sets for a uranage but Bo with elbows. Bo avoids a charge into the corner. Dallas with a punch to the midsection followed by an elbow to the top of the head. Bo with a power slam and then he sets for the spear. Mahal moves out of the way and Bo catches himself in the ropes and Mahal applies the camel clutch. Bo tries to fight to escapes but the pain is too much and Bo has to tap out.

Winner: Jinder Mahal

After the match, Mahal and Rollins stare each other down and then Mahal puts Bo back into the camel clutch. Rollins comes to the ring and Mahal attacks Seth and kicks him. Mahal grabs the title belt but Rollins attacks Jinder and Mahal leaves the ring and goes up the ramp.
