Match Number One: Jinder Mahal versus Richie Steamboat in a Gold Rush Tournament Semi-Final Match
They lock up and Steamboat tries to work on the arm but Mahal gets away. Mahal with a forearm to the back and punches to Steamboat followed by a European uppercut. Mahal with a back elbow and then he chokes Steamboat in the ropes. Steamboat with a chop and punches but Mahal with a knee.
Steamboat with a drop kick and he gets a near fall. Steamboat with an arm drag into an arm bar. Mahal gets back to his feet but Steamboat continues to work on the arm. Mahal tries for a punch but steamboat blocks it. Mahal with a hot shot to Steamboat and then he hits a running knee to the head but he can only get a near fall.
Mahal with a rear chin lock into a cravate. Steamboat with punches and forearms to Mahal followed by a chop and forearm. Steamboat with a running forearm and clotheslines. Steamboat with a running back elbow into the corner. Mahal tries for a belly-to-back suplex and Steamboat escapes. Mahal avoids an enzuigiri and Mahal tries for the camel clutch but Steamboat escapes and gets a near fall with a rollup.
Steamboat with a sunset flip for a near fall and then he tries for a backslide but Mahal stays on his feet and Mahal with a neck breaker for a near fall. Mahal with a front face lock and then he puts Steamboat on the top turnbuckle. Mahal sets for a superplex but Steamboat knocks Mahal to the mat. Steamboat goes for a missile drop kick but Mahal moves.
Mahal applies the camel clutch and Steamboat tries to fight through the damage to his back but he taps out.
Winner: Jinder Mahal
Mahal will face the winner of the match between Seth Rollins and Michael McGillicutty in the finals.
Briley Pierce is in the back with Leo Kruger and Briley asks Leo about his loss in the tournament and what is next for him. Leo says that something has been bothering him. Something has been brewing inside of him. He says that he is coming for him.
Heath Slater comes out and he says that he wants everyone to take a minute and look at him. Heath reminds everyone that he is the One Man Band . . . BABY. He says that he knows that everyone has been watching him on Raw against those ancient dinosaurs. He says that is in the past and it does not matter any more.
Heath tells everyone to listen up because he is here to make an open challenge to anyone in the back and he means anybody.
No one answers his challenge as we go to commercial.
We are back and Heath says that there is no one in the back who wants to get embarrassed by the One Man Band . . . BABY. If no one wants to come out, he will come out and entertain everybody.
Match Number Two: Heath Slater versus Scotty 2 Hotty
Slater wants to know what Scotty is doing in the ring and Scotty gets everyone to clap. They lock up and Slater with a wrist lock. Scotty reverses and applies a side head lock. Scotty with a shoulder tackle and then he blocks a hip toss but Slater blocks one too. Scotty tells Slater to stop but Slater charges at him and Scotty with a hip toss.
Scotty runs into boots from Slater. Slater with a clothesline followed by an elbow to the back of the head. Slater with kicks to Scotty and he gets a near fall. Slater with a knee to the back and he applies a reverse chin lock. Scotty with a punch but Slater with a neck breaker for a near fall.
Slater argues with the referee and then he punches Scotty and slaps him in the head. Slater kicks Scotty in the head and slaps him. Scotty with punches and then Scotty hangs in the ropes and then he hits the bulldog while Slater is not looking. It is time for the W-O-R-M and Scotty gets the three count.
Winner: Scotty 2 Hotty

Match Number Three: The Usos versus Kenneth Cameron and Conor O’Brian
Jey and Cameron start things off. They lock up and go around the ring until Cameron connects with a knee. Jey with a punch and then he tags in Jimmy. They hit a double back elbow followed by a double elbow drop. Jimmy with chops and then Jimmy punches Cameron in the corner but Cameron escapes and he crotches Jimmy in the turnbuckles and he connects with forearms to the head. Cameron with a neck breaker while Jimmy was still hanging in the corner.
Cameron sends Jimmy into the corner and kicks him before tagging in Conor. Conor with kicks. Cameron tags back in and he kicks Jimmy. Conor tags back in and kicks Jimmy. Conor with an elbow drop to Jimmy and he gets a near fall. O’Brian with a key lock and Cameron tags back in. Cameron with a boot and elbow drop to Jimmy for a near fall.
Cameron with a chin lock but Jimmy with punches and a chop. Conor tags in and Cameron with a spinning jawbreaker followed by a flapjack from O’Brian for a near fall. Conor picks up Jimmy but Jimmy with a desperation Samoan drop and both men are down. Jey and Cameron tag in and Jey with a running forearm or two. Jey with a savate kick and uppercut. Jey with a spinning flying forearm.
Jey with the running butt splash into the corner but Cameron breaks it up. Conor is sent to the floor by Jimmy. Jey with a super kick to Cameron and Jey goes up top. Conor knocks Jey off the turnbuckles and the referee calls for the bell.
Winner: The Usos (by disqualification)
After the match, Cameron and O’Brian corner Jimmy. Jimmy fights off Cameron and O’Brian for a moment but the numbers are too much for Jimmy. Conor picks up Jimmy and they hit Total Elimination on Jimmy.
We go to the back where Richie Steamboat is walking. Briley Pierce tries to get Richie to comment on his loss. Richie does not answer and walks away.
Matt Striker is in the locker room with Hunico and Camacho. Matt asks them about their loss to Mike Dalton and Jason Jordan. Hunico that he had a stomach virus and a 107 degree temperature but he did his job. Hunico says that Camacho lost his burro. Camacho says something but Hunico tells him to be quiet. He says that Dalton and Jordan got lucky.
Raquel Diaz is at her makeup mirror and she says that some of the divas have their granny panties in a wad because of her quest to make over NXT. Raquel says that the make over will benefit them and their unfortunate looks. They cannot walk around making NXT look like a zoo. The Exfoliating Ugliness Tour is coming their way.
We go to commercial.
Match Number Four: Michael McGillicutty versus Seth Rollins in a Gold Rush Tournament Semi-Final Match
They lock up and Michael with a hammer lock on Rollins. Rollins rolls through and reverses. Michael backs Seth into the ropes and he gives Seth a light kick to the midsection. Rollins says something to Michael. They lock up and Rollins with a side head lock and he backs Michael against the ropes. Seth with a clean break and Michael yells at the referee. Michael slaps Seth and Seth with a single leg take down.
Seth misses a curb stomp and Michael goes to the floor. Rollins with a clothesline that sends Michael over the top rope to the floor and then Rollins with a suicide dive. They return to the ring and Michael with a punch to the head and Rollins goes down. Michael gets a near fall but Rollins is able to kick out. Michael with kicks and then he sends Rollins into the corner and Michael with a series of punches. Michael with a hard Irish whip to Rollins and Seth is down on the mat as we go to commercial.
We are back and Rollins with a running kick and he gets a near fall. Rollins sets for the running forearm into the corner but Michael moves out of the way. Michael with a leap frog neck whip and a Saito suplex for a near fall. Michael pick up Rollins and sets for another Saito suplex but Rollins blocks it. Michael avoids a round kick and Michael with another Saito suplex and Michael gets another near fall.
Michael misses the running neck breaker and Rollins tries for a back slide but Michael escapes and hits a clothesline. Michael puts Rollins on the top turnbuckle and he climbs for a superplex. Rollins grabs the turnbuckle and Rollins with a head butt and he punches Michael in the face. Rollins with a chop and head butts that stagger Michael. Rollins tries for a sunset flip power bomb but Michael holds on and he stops Rollins. Michael picks up Rollins and Rollins is able to hit the Buckle Bomb and then he hits Black Out for the three count.
Winner: Seth Rollins
Rollins advances to face Jinder Mahal to determine who becomes the first NXT Champion.
Jinder Mahal comes out and he points to the title belt as he makes his way to the ring.
Dusty Rhodes comes out and he wants all of the shenanigans to stop. Dusty tells them that they will have their opportunity in the finals. Dusty says that the best man will win.
Mahal attacks Rollins but Rollins with a drop kick and clothesline that sends Mahal over the top rope to the floor.
