Bang up job as usual.  I had a question about the WWE and how they write RAW and Smackdown. Do you think it would be more beneficial for the company to write their shows like television, in 12 or 13 episode blocks and treat it like a season that way they would have at the very least seven or eight months of story-lines instead of literally writing shows at the last minute week to week?

Long range planning is a great thing, for sure.  But in the wrestling business with injuries, suspensions and planned pushes not getting over or dropped at the whim of management, it makes it hard to do what you suggested.  With that said, it doesn't preclude them from having general plans for where they want to go every quarter.  I wish that they did a better job with that as I think a lot of the fan base does as well.  The last minute rewrites every week are ridiculous and unnecessary.  It's a failure of the process in my opinion that it happens every week.

With Punk and Cena working more and not enough established guys. Would WWE be looking harder at established TNA guys when their contracts are coming up like Styles, Roode, Storm, Joe. Guys that don't need to go to FCW, but knowing WWE they probably would send them anyway. Just wondering your thoughts on that.

WWE is always looking at all available talent.  Joe was available a while ago and they passed on him.  AJ was asked to go to developmental and passed on them.  Now Roode and Storm, I could see interest in them for sure.  Those two would have to look at the big picture and decide where they feel they will be used the best.

Why is everyone already saying Brock Lesnar is leaving only because he signed a 1 year deal. Aint there a chance he'll stay?

Who is everyone?  The fact is he has a one year deal.  We will have a lot better idea what his intentions are next year.  To say he will leave at this point is premature.  We don't have enough information to make that call.

How will WWE book Randy Orton when he comes back? Will the punish him by keeping him in the mid-card or give him a push upon returning?

We have heard that there a lot of people in the company very angry at Orton right now.  Plus it's hard to push a guy with two strikes and an injury history too hard.  But, they are also very short on talent right now.  So it should be very interesting to see what happens when he returns.

Do you think Randy Orton and Chris Jericho will be punished any more after their suspensions? If any lower card talent failed their test, they would be on superstars for the foreseeable future. Do you think they still be in the doghouse, or challenging for a title upon their return?

I answered Orton above.  In the case of Jericho, there won't be any backlash on him.  WWE didn't really even want to suspend him but they didn't have much choice.  Jericho will be fine when he returns.  Plus, in his case he can always walk if they put him in midcard hell.  WWE needs him way more than he needs WWE.
