*John Cena vs. John Laurinaitis - Laurinaitis will be fired if he loses, no WWE talents are allowed to interfere under threat of being fired.

*WWE champion CM Punk vs. Daniel Bryan.

*World champion Sheamus vs. Randy Orton vs. Chris Jericho vs. Alberto Del Rio.

*WWE Divas champion Layla vs. Beth Phoenix.

*WWE Tag Team Champions Kofi Kingston & R-Truth vs. Jack Swagger & Dolph Ziggler

*Kane vs. Zack Ryder (pre-game show)
